Ok I luv this. I LUV IT. It comes in very fast like it said it was gonna come in at 10:00pm and it came in at 1:00. It has very nice smells, spearmint, mint and very minty mint, it has 3 stress balls , 1 is easy to squish another one is medium and then hard, the only thing I donât like about this is that the smell goes away very easily. But if you put it back in the cylinder it came with for about 5 mins it comes back, even better it comes with a free gift! Buy it to find out what it is :D, value for money great, basically 6.33c for each ball, yes it will not break, (unless you cut it) and yes IT HELPS STRESS I FEEL WAY BETTER. Please buy this! At least try it!

I just got these today and I love them already! These stress/therapy balls are fantastic. They are lightweight, durable, easy to squeeze and do the provided exercises with. Each ball has a different level of firmness so you can build up your strength in your fingers and forearms.
