    Awesome for kids and adults
I bought this for my kids, but my husband and I have loved to use it, too! It’s such a fun, simple way to work on core strength, leg strength, balance, and who knows what else. It’s well made, has a nice grippy surface, lots of options for different skill levels. It’s easy to switch around to the different modes.

    Love It
My eight-year-old has been getting into skating and wanting me to skate with her. I could barely keep myself up, but had some friends tell me how important ankle strength was, so I started using a balance pad (just a block of foam that collapses in different ways under your feet). I could feel results really quickly, and then decided to add this to my repertoire.I’ve only had this for 2 days so far, but am really impressed with the quality and can feel many of the strains I feel when skating, so expect it to improve my balance a bit more quickly. The price was more than I had hoped to spend but, now that it’s here, I believe it’s absolutely worth the money both for quality and effectiveness. Not only that, but it’s simply kinda fun to jump on for a few minutes randomly throughout the day.

    Amazing, will buy again!
This thing is amazing, I’ve used the bosu style balance boards before and didn’t really feel like it was that helpful with building your actual balance, but this thing is AMAZING! As an adult who’s trying to learning new skills regularly this one was super fun for me to play with. We’ve had it about 2 months now and I use it ALL the time, it’s super functional and is perfect for working on balance. The attachments it comes with are great for building lots of different skills with board balance that I hope will translate well to skateboarding and other board sports. The grip on the top is perfect, I’ve used it barefoot, with socks, and with shoes and it’s great with all 3. Other boards like this were much more expensive and so I was nervous that this was so much cheaper but the quality is definitely there, great value for the money. I’m thinking about buying more so my kids and I can use it at the same time when we play.

    Improve your balance
Love it! This is my second balance board, the first one was a very basic and cheap circular board, with a stationary bump on the bottom. This board is much bigger and more comfortable to stand on and the different rollers offer lots of variety to practice balance. I find myself hopping on it for a few minutes here and there throughout the day and in just a couple weeks I can really see improvement and feel more confident in my balance. It’s tons of fun!!

    Challenging
Good balance board with multiple difficulty levels for beginners to highly challenging for anyone. Size is perfect for use and easy storage. Get creative and you can use for balance and core workouts.

Great balance board for kids and surfers
Both me and my kids 5 and 7 love this. The quick disconnect of the magnetic pieces on bottom are a great feature. I surf and use this as a bit of a training aid for balance and overall leg strength. It seems well built and I is the right size for both kids and adults.

Very good quality board, super worth it
Amazing and very fun balance board. What made me pick was the versatility of it. Theres lots of other exercises you can do and it’s beginner friendly thanks to the adjustment settings it has. Quality is great, the adjustment levels make it dafe for anyone interested in using it. Worth the money. Only improvement I would do is to add a board stand to put it on when it’s not in use.

Great for balance and core strength
I love this thing! I’m 72 and an avid cyclist. My daughter, skilled on snow and skate board, introduced me to this. I was attracted to the side to side hip work, as opposed to the constant front to back of cycling, and the balance component. I’ve been a long term practitioner of standing on one foot to improve balance but this in a whole other league. It is definitely a lot harder than it looks. This will test your core in a whole new and very beneficial way.Note that I’ve only used to roller at right angle to the board. I find the middle stops best for starting out. At this point, I’m not interested in using the ball balancing or the roller parallel to the board. Here is my recommendation for getting started:1. Start on a rug. I use it on a medium pile carpet. There is a trade off between effort and stability depending on surface. As I’m getting better on this, I plan to progress to a thin rug then bare floor but this feels safest now. Safety is VERY important! You don’t want to fall.2. I spent this first week doing this in front of something I could hold on to without bending over too much. In my case, I’m using a 6′ high book shelf unit which is securely fastened to the wall (important!) to hold on to for stability. I use it in 3 minute sessions 3-4 times a day and this allowed me to be safe, get this feel of using the board, and start to build strength and activation of the muscles used with the board.3. As I got comfortable (after about 5 days) I started to work in short (few seconds) periods where I’d let go. It is amazing how even a light grip on something takes the load off the muscles needed for full side to side balancing.4. I’ve now worked up to the point where I do a 3 min workout without needing any stability grabs. but I’m not yet able to get a smooth side to side seesaw that is the goal. I believe this will come as this work builds the hip and core muscles that are used.5. Be patient. Even if you are only letting go of your support short periods you will be amazed at the muscles you are working. All in all, great fun and is a great way to improve balance. Balance is an important and often neglected component of health and well being for us older folk.

I spent a little while choosing which balance board to purchase and I ended up deciding on this one, I’m glad to say I’m not disappointed. I’m a total beginner at balance boarding and after spending around 20 mins on it for my first attempt I’m already balancing on my own. Definitely ease in with starting on a carpet and have a chair in front of you to hold on for support i needed this for around 10 mins before I could let go and comfortably balance. The board is sturdy, well made, the grip tape is very good, I wore my trainers and I think I would continue to do this vs barefoot or socks I feel more in control with trainers on. The material of the tube is also great and ensures a smooth movement. Love that this option also comes with multiple training levels and includes a ball. It’s such a fun workout it’s only my second day on it and you quickly get used to the motion and positioning you need to be in, great work out, it engages so many of you’re muscles, my thighs were killing me this morning when I woke but I was back on it for a short session this afternoon because It’s so much fun!You only need a little 10/20 min go to begin with for a few days, don’t over do it or else you’re muscles may punish you!I have also brought a cork yoga mat to practice on when I feel confident enough to move off the carpet, I don’t fancy damaging my flooring so hopefully the cork mat prevents this.Give it a go!

Works very well, great to train your core stability.
