Best for gaining mass
I’ve been using this creatine for over 2 years now with no issues. I’ve put on a ton of muscle since then and highly recommend this to drink with water because then it’s easier to ingest and it’s perfect for post workout.

I just have to say how much I love Legion Athletics products! Our pantry is stocked with bags of their Plant Protein, Pulse no-stim pre-workout, and multivitamins; it’s like having a mini Legion warehouse in our home! Ha!Anyway, I was getting low on Recharge (a post-workout supplement). Time to place an order for Recharge, so I innocently thought Iâd try a new flavor this go around instead of the unsweetened Recharge Iâve been using for years. You see, whenever I’m out and about and I see anything strawberry lemonade, I can’t resist so I buy it straight away. I love those flavors together, so I thought, why not grab a couple of jugs of Recharge in strawberry lemonade, my favorite, right?Not so fast. The first time I tried it, I was nearly gagging; it was that bad! I’ve given it 3-4 chances since, and each time, Iâve felt the same way; it’s just not for me. I never thought Iâd say that about a Legion product, but here we are. Now I’ve got two 60-serving containers of Recharge thatâll be a struggle to get through. Lesson learned: always try just one jug to test the flavor before you buy multiple, because Amazon will not take this stuff back even though one jug is still sealed! 5 stars for Recharge, zero stars for the strawberry lemonade. One and done for me. P.S. Regarding the reviews saying that unsweetened is a terrible flavor, not quite. I have taken the unflavored version for years, and there is ZERO taste. And for the reviews that say it mixes terribly, wrong again. You can put this in water, grab a spoon, and it mixes it up nicely.

I have tried many other brands, but this one out does them all. feel i get the most pump in my workouts using this and gives me great energy that i need to get through my intense hour and a half workout. You can not get results without replenishing your bodies needs. This is where this comes in big time! It makes you have an awesome recovery time! I take a scoop right when i get up to get me going on a good start and then put another scoop to a gallon of water when working out! this is a great technique to get gains! The flavor is also awesome, even when adding one scoop to a gallon of water the taste is still delicious.A little bit about Legion- branched-chain amino acids (particularly leucine) stimulate protein synthesis, and might do so to a greater extent than a normal protein on its own. Legionalso increase synthesis of the cellular machinery responsible for carrying out the process of protein synthesis. Thus, Legion not only increase the rate of protein synthesis, but they also increase the cell’s capacity for protein synthesis!

Previously used MyProtein creatine and in comparison this product is far more enjoyable, the two previous creatines I have tried specifically from that other brand seemed to clump easily and had a consistent bit of powder floating throughout the drink. With this product the flavour is really tasty and the mixture with the recovery supplements is great. Will be buying again, noticed strength improvements already.
