A superb, heavy duty stepper that is perfect!
Keppi Fitstep 1000 ProPurchased February 3, 2025I purchased the KeppiFitness Stepper Fitstep 1000 Pro to use at home. I am 74 year old and had been using an Elliptical machine which I loved; however after having a family conference with my daughter and her hubby on my Birthday in January, I realized that since I am 6 years from being 80 that perhaps I should change the kind of exercise machine I use.I am 5 ft. 1/4 inch tall and I had to use a riser to reach the footpads of the elliptical machine. My daughter and her hubby were concerned that if I fell once, it could be very dangerous, perhaps deadly.After doing some research I decided on this heavy duty and truly amazing stepper! It says it is a mini-stepper but truthfully this is a very substantial piece of exercise equipment. It is big, it weighs 22 pounds, and the weight limit is 400 pounds. No I am not that heavy but I have struggled with weight all my life and have exercised off and on, but never consistently until the last 15 years.This exercise machine is easy to use and since I am a ‘Queenager” I stabilize myself by leaning on my permanent stable kitchen island which is very sturdy. Being safe has to be a very real part of working out and simply because one doesn’t feel in danger, doesn’t mean they can’t be in physical danger if they use an exercise machine that doesn’t fit their age or physical capability.I listen to Audiobooks or watch videos on my cell phone or tablet when I work out.I have lost 28 pounds since receiving my stepper which I received on February 6th, 2025.I fell better, I sleep better, I feel more mentally aware also. All that oxygen in the brain does help with that. I also have lost 2 sizes in slacks and 1 size in tops.If you ever wondered about using a stepper, I can assure you that this is the one to purchase.I started out using the stepper for 2 minutes at a time and now I can work out for a length of 45 minutes at a time. I also have used the tension adjuster on the front of the machine to get more resistence.The price is very reasonable and this stepper can also be moved if you need to move it to a different room.Also another thing I love about this stepper is that the way the steps move is to the side, rather than simply up and down, so my hips, knees, and legs get a great workout which is helping with my mobility!This aspect is the reason why I decided on this specific brand of stepper.I am truly inspired to work out every day and have to restrain myself from trying to do more than I should too soon. It is important to build stamina as well as time using this astounding exercise machine.If you ever wanted to know how effective a stepper is, I can only speak to this brand, The Keppi Fitstep 1000 Pro is the one I have absolute confidence in.

Update: The company reached out to me and offered me a different version. The next version up from this. It is wonderful. It has larger foot pedals that are a little further apart, but also works in a V shape movement instead of straight up and down and it allows my thighs to work around one another. A++ on customer service.I am 325lbs and the weight limit for this is 350lbs but it made a cracking sound when I tried to use it almost immediately. There is also no way to widen the steps for those of us with large inner thighs, therefor its very hard for me to use as my legs are forced together unnaturally since I am larger.It sucks because I know I’m obese. I know I need to fix it. But they literally make nothing that really works for larger people, and I sure as hell am not subjecting myself to the gym and the evil people there who are so judgmental.Hopefully someday they will actually make at home equipment for those of us who are larger and ready to make a change. This is not it though. Back to looking for online videos with arm weights and resistance bands. Sigh.

I was skeptical about this stepper. But, I jumped in and went ahead and purchased it. I’m a bigger person, and this stepper is sturdy under my weight. No squeaks, sqeals, or bangs.I use it 3x daily for 30 mins per go.It has a calorie counter. Step counter, and milage ‘walked’ on the little display. The display would be more beneficial if it was backlit, it’s hard to see.It takes up minimal space, I have it sat in a little nook in my living room, where I can just up and go in it.Easy to set up. The design is quite great.You can feel it when you walk on this stepper. Even at the lowest tension, I feel the burn in my calves.I have not used it with the straps yet. I’m balanced challenged, so I’m trying to work on my balance before I throw myself into a tizzy by adding straps too. But, they seem to be strong and durable. Well made.A decent buy if you’re wanting a stepper. I can’t remember the weight limit, but it works perfectly (for me) up to a weight of 300.10/10

Great for people who work from home!
I wasn’t sure what to expect from this product when I purchased it, but it has been a good little workout stepper. I usually use it for about 10 minutes at a time a couple times a day, 3-4 days out of the week. You definitely feel it in your legs and if you are out of shape like I was when I first started using it, you will also feel a little winded at the end. I don’t think I have lost a considerable amount of weight by using it, but it gets me moving and also helps add some cardio to my daily routine. Is it going to give the same effects as running on a treadmill or doing the elliptical or Stairmaster? No, it is not. But it is not supposed to. This is a great little stepper for someone like me who finds it hard to make it to the gym on a daily basis and also works from home and wants something to go move around on a couple times a day or to get a little workout on in the evenings while watching TV. It is most definitely worth purchasing!

Pretty good stepper! I was pretty heavy when I bought this in May 2024, and weigh less now, but still over 300lbs. This is relevant because I have consistently used my stepper since purchasing and just now, the stepper broke lol. I was very surprised since it had been working perfectly up until this week when i finaly tried to heighten the resistance. I already had the stepper at a very high resistance just due to my body weight. Not sure what happened but there was a huge plasticky cracking sound and then…yeah the stepper just stopped working LOL. Such a shame since I really loved this product!

I am so pleased with this purchase! This stepper looks great and is light and compact When i first received this the screen did not work but i still gave it a chance as i used my apple watch. Been using it everyday for 10 minutes for 2 months. The stepper has lost its resistance and is making a knocking noise now.

I have only used this product four times and it is squeaking loudly already. The height adjustment is also failing. Disgraceful considering the price paid. It claims max capacity is 350lbs and I am not that!Update: itâs now bent and completely useless. UNABLE TO CONTACT SELLERUpdate: Seller eventually contacted me and Iâve received my full refund.
