Awesome blender! Love the large jar and travel jar!
I love this blender! Was looking for a strong, durable blender for smoothies, crushing ice, and soups. My old blender was super loud when crushing frozen fruit and always felt like it was struggling until it eventually gave out. This one, however, runs smoothly and quickly, creating a perfectly blended smoothie in just a few secondsâand itâs noticeably quieter, too! My favorite part is that it comes with the large bowl which I use when making smoothies and soup for my kids, and the travel cup which is the perfect size when I want to make a smoothie for myself to take on-the-go. Highly recommend!

Best Blender I ever even SEEN!
First of all, look at how NICE it looks! It matches my kitchen perfectly⦠itâs like a washed green color. Just lovely!!!! Then, the fact the I hate making smoothies in the morning because the blender wakes everyone up, causing ME to feel uncomfortable to turn it on sucks! But not this one! Even on ice mode itâs super quiet! I am excited & shocked! Do you see how it self cleans??? I hate cleaning blenders! But this one is fun to clean! ð½ð¶ð½ð¶ð½ð¶ð¶!! Delete all the other blender options you have in your cart and get this one! PERIOD

Obliterate!
A couple of months ago my expensive Jamba Juice blender stopped working. I watched a couple of videos on YouTube revealing common issues, repairs, and internal components. In my diagnosis, using a multi-meter, the blender had no issues powering up, the fuse was functional across the connection, everything was normal all the way to the control board. Nothing I did changed the non-operational nature of a blender fully powered and lit up. It was disappointing to toss a blender that saw infrequent use. Looking at all those similar blender internals online made me think these appliances are all made from semi-common parts with different molded plastic cases and branding. Looking at replacement blenders led to a relatively inexpensive Ninja blender, for which I have some thoughts of comparison with this Chefman Obliterator. My most typical use is making frozen drinks with frozen fruit, ice, and liquids. For this Chefman â awesome name! Obliterator! How can you resist? The styling is definitely upper shelf with clean modern lines, an all-white case, and single control knob. Construction is solid. The accessories are typical and appreciated. Lots of plastic beyond the actual blender actuator itself. In operation, the display is informative and in the current time when appliances need to be âfriendlyâ â this one provide various messages, along with current function. I guess it is important to have a relationship with your appliances? At least there is no music or chiming. On the blending side, the pitcher sets on top without any locking features, something I appreciate. This is much better than the Ninja which requires you to put the lid on in an exact position to blend. Push the pitcher onto the motor, select a function or dial in a speed on the fly. The knob is easy to understand and use. Personally, I like the Auto Blend âAbLâ function. The rotating dial is easy to use to cycle through functions and the central button easy to press, or you can just use the Auto button. This auto blend function works well when making frozen drinks, staying on at varying speeds until all the ice is slush. Then it tells you it is finished on the display.Washing is easy, and unless you are pushing something oily through the system, I just hand wash with a little soap and water. The pitcher and lid are dishwasher safe. That same pitcher should be able to handle hot liquids like soups. I think the value is here, but also remember the number of $50-100 blenders out there. And for the demise of my own $350 Jamba Juice, I hesitate to spend over $100 for a blender, but the kitchen friendly style of the Chefman Obliterator is worth the cost? There might be a coupon! You can decide.

Outstanding Blender at a Great Price!
I am head over heels in love with this blender! It is truly an outstanding appliance. I just canât say enough good things about it.Everything about it screams quality, from the careful and thoughtfully way itâs packed, to the upscale graphics on the outside of the box, to the way the plastic pitcher and accessories feel, to the power cord itself (which is a giant step up from the standard black cord on most appliances), to the weight of the motor assembly itself â everything looks and feels first rate. This is an extremely high-quality piece of kitchen machinery.I have owned several high-end blenders (like Breville and Vitamix) and, while they work well enough, what I think these types of blenders do best is cost a lot of money and make people feel good through their marketing and PR. I usually return to my old basic Waring blender (with its all-metal drive) which, until recently, had served us as well or better than the other high-priced alternatives. Plus, replacement parts for it were substantially less expensive. In direct contrast to previous experience, I have never heard of ChefMan blenders (shame on me?), but this blender introduces a new level of performance and sophistication to the field. And it sports a metal-capped drive (vs. the usual hard rubber drive lugs on the bottom of most blender pitchers).First, it looks sleek and elegant on the countertop. And the quality feel of its components makes it a pleasure to handle. (Lifting the base onto the counter might knock five minutes off your gym routine.) The pitcher itself has clearly marked and easily read scales on the side that run in both ounces and milliliters. The scales are also in much finer increments than the typical â1 cup, 2 cup, 3 cupâ indicators on many blenders. The operation of the blender could not be simpler. It has five different speeds plus an automatic setting, plus an ice crushing setting, plus a cleaning setting. (Actually, to be more accurate, it has 17 different speed settings, with interim clicks between the 5 numbers shown on the base.) The first thing I did when I got it was to try the cleaning setting. I put a few drops of dishwashing detergent into the pitcher and filled it about a quarter of the way with warm water. I placed it on the base, turned it to the âcleanâ setting and pressed the blend button. In little over a minute later I had a perfectly clean, very sudsy pitcher that just needed to be rinsed. How cool is that? The instructions say that on the automatic setting the blender automatically detects the type and volume of the items youâre attempting to blend and modifies the blenderâs speed and power accordingly. They say they use several sophisticated algorithms to achieve this outcome, and I have no idea how they do it (and donât care if itâs accomplished by blender gremlins dancing on the blades), but the important thing is that it works. And it works well.Today I put in the ingredients for our morning fruit smoothie, adding a frozen banana, 4 frozen strawberries and handful of frozen blueberries to the rest of the ingredients and hit the âAutomaticâ button. Our smoothie came out perfectly in just one pass. In addition, I noticed that it has a “no drip” spout – another nice feature. And if you donât want to trust the blender itself to figure it all out, you can always use one of the 17 manual settings I mentioned earlier.Since this blender is sold in the United States, its operating instructions (which are very clear and well-written) come with like four pages of safety instructions and cautions with extremely helpful observations like, âDonât put your hand in the blender when itâs running.â Unfortunately, thatâs the standard in our highly litigious society where basic common sense appears to be in short supply. But, alas, I digress. But Chefman goes a step further. While the high-quality plastic that each accessory comes wrapped in has the obligatory warning saying something like âDonât put this over your head or let children play with it,â Chef man goes a step further and actually puts holes in the plastic so itâs far less likely to cause any intellectually challenged individuals any problems. Clearly, a lot of very careful thought went into the design, manufacture, and packaging of this extraordinary appliance. To those who might say (as is often the case) that the blender is loud, I agree. This blender is loud. But, IMO, to expect a blender to perform its task effectively, you have to accept basic physics which dictates that itâs going to be loud. Expecting it to do its job well and not be loud is like expecting to go scuba diving without getting wet. In my opinion. Is there anything I donât like about this blender? No. If I was pressed to criticize something, Iâd suggest that naming their black modelâs color âMidnightâ is excellent, but naming the discreet gray colored one we got âConcreteâ is not the best selection. âMorning mistâ or some other sexier or more appealing name would have been better. But thatâs just my opinion. So, you probably get the idea that I really like this blender. On top of everything else, I think itâs an EXCELLENT value in these times of high inflation. If you need a new blender, do not hesitate. Order one â youâll love it!
