Cheerful and colorful are PERFECT!!
I normally do not write reviews on Amazon since there are usually plenty already. However, the reviews for these weights really do not address the colorful ones. Also, they all tend to be negative and focused solely on the different sizing between the two weights sent. I ordered the colorful weights with the two tier rack. The base weights in 5-20 pounds arrived in two days in typical Amazon fashion. Each set was well packaged in their own box and all four boxes were inside of a master box. Each set of weights is PERFECT. No flaws, blemishes, or rough edges. I’m not one of those people that weigh them to be absurd, but hubs was curious so I did. They are all within .06 of the stamped weight which is certainly within ANSI standards. I mean honestly people, you aren’t going to get perfection with this price point and convenience. I am still waiting for the tier rack and 25 pound set to arrive as they are on back order. I’m getting nervous, but I’m trusting on Besos’ Boys to come through. My only complaint will sound silly to most men, but I am sure they ladies will agree, who the hell approved the 30 pound set to be RED?!?!? That red does not flow AT ALL with this color theme. There were so many other color options to go with here. Talk about a missed opportunity. Sadly, I will not be buying them as a result.

100 pounds of dumbbells arrived on time, and as described in customer reviews
A box with 100 pounds of weights seems like it could easily break and lose contents. This box contained plywood plates on the top and bottom to prevent such a mishap. The weights were also packed in pairs in smaller boxes inside the larger main box. So no contents lost. The dumbbells’ metal handles had a coating of oil that smells like machine oil, so I wiped them off, and am now waiting for the smell of the oil to dissipate like the customer reviews say that it will. Since these 8 dumbbells cost altogether only about $120.00, I’ll assume that these are concrete rather than steel weights, and will treat them accordingly so that they don’t get damaged. I wasn’t planning to be throwing them around or dropping them on hard floors anyway.

Nice overall set 5-30# at $1.56 per pound
I received the Signature Fitness branded dumbbells, which was the 5-25 set and an added pair of 30s. The 25s and 30s came separately from the 5-20 box. All had some oil residue and odor, but the 5-20 box of dumbbells was far more oily and odorous than the sets of 25, 30. Overall they are good quality and look good. The 10s have some surface pitting on the rubber, but other than that, they resemble any other higher priced sets. The dimensions of all these are almost identical to the Rogue hex dumbbells, with 5.25â handles on all. The 25s and 30s are about an inch overall longer than Rogue, but exact on width. The weights were fairly accurate, but not dead on:5- 5.5#10- 10.1#15- 15.1#20- 19.7#25- 24.8#30- 29.9#I paid 235 total for all, because the Cap 5-30 was sold out, it runs 249, but has a stand included.

These are decent for the price.
So my local store wants 50$ plus for a single 25LB dumbbell. I looked around on amazon and found these for a much more affordable price, a pair for right around 50$. They are very decently made, the grip is nicer than I expected. The only real con is the rubber tire smell, but that isn’t enough for me to dock it a star. The smell seems to be dissipating already after only a few days also.Overall if you need some dumbbells these aren’t a bad choice.
