If you are not incorporating blocks into your yoga practice you are missing out! I am naturally flexible and always assumed that blocks were kind of like training wheels that I didnât need. Boy was I wrong! These blocks are sturdy and high quality and will help you to take your practice a lot further. Comfortable foam material and so very functional in assisting in a variety of poses. Gaiam does it again. Great value too!

These blocks are smaller than you think
Blocks are smaller than the standard size you’d find in a yoga studio, thus the low price. I’m sure they’ll do the trick but minus one star for not mentioning this in the description of the product. They’re called Gaiam “essentials”, which I guess means that these are the cheaper versions of the “real” Gaiam blocks.

These are great yoga blocks. Purchased in hopes it’ll help me enjoy sitting on the ground and playing with my toddler while I work on growing baby #2. Very sturdy, easy to use. My toddler has been able to use these as well with no issues, and she plays pretty rough with them and they’ve held up great.
