Sturdy and a great PT tool.
Working out great! Sturdy, good size and easy to move to other rooms. This is a great tool for doing physical therapy at home. My husband and I both use and very pleased.

    Good for improving balance!
I bought this for balance issues especially following back surgery. I started using a similar board at physical therapy, and it was very challenging for me. I decided I needed home practice, too. This board is a little easier but has helped me find my center. It arrived promptly. It was easy to assemble, especially when using a larger screwdriver than the one it came with it. It looks nice and solid. It works on the floor or carpet. There is room for me to use it rocking heel to toe as well as side to side. It is relatively thin, so will easily fit under a bed or stood up in a closet. (I am 5’6, 170, 65yo, woman. It is not for people with good balance—it would be boring, but is good with dr ok for people working on building balance reflexes. I stand on it for 2 minutes each direction each day. Quick and making a difference for the better!

Sturdy, good quality, very reasonably-priced balance board but tilt not challenging enough for me
I purchased this after I used a rocker board at PT for recovery from a trimalleolar ankle fracture to regain balance and for stretching. The board I used at PT was much more expensive and based on positive reviews for this one, I decided to take the chance at a third of the price. Pros and why I gave it a 4 rating: this is an extremely cost effective, sturdy, well made board and I found it very easy to put together (electric screwdriver makes it even easier but you could do manually if needed). The issue for me (and why not a 5 rating) is that the pitch was not challenging enough for me personally – I’m 62 and athletic with a good balancing baseline prior to the injury. I quickly realized that I need a more challenging tilt even in recovery. So I ended up returning this one for a refund and bit the bullet to buy the Fitterfirst professional rocker board on Amazon that I used in PT – about $130 more than this one (ugh!). But if you are struggling a great deal with balance after an injury or consider yourself a beginner at balancing, this board would be a good, reasonably-priced choice. It also would be helpful if on the listing, the degree of tilt was provided vs. just the height (the Fitterfirst board does provide degree of tilt on their listing), as that is the key to know if you will be sufficiently challenged.

    Good quality
Bought for litter of puppies to play on, to get them used to unstable surfaces. Works great for my needs, fairly sturdy, should last a while

    Great balance board
Easy to assemble and very stable. I’ve had balance issues since the stroke and this balance board is helping me work on that. I use the same board at physical therapy and wanted one at home. The non slip on top and on the runners work great. We did add some extra bumper guards underneath. Very happy with this purchase and the help it’s offered so far with my balance and ankle strength.

    Love my balance board!
I love my balance board and I’m so glad I finally BOIGHT one. This is great but I would check the weight max for use. My husband and I are both thin and we have no problem using this great board. Highly recommend.
