Goodbye buffalo hump and back pain
After 1 month of use my little buffalo hump that was forming is gone. My upper back pain is gone and my posture has improved immensely. Poor fit, rides up.
Wouldn’t recommend for a few reasons. First, the Velcro is located in places that will snag clothes. Second, does not stay put, rides up and then cuts under your arms. I am petite- 5’3″ and 130lbs and maybe that was the issue? It was so uncomfortable and I felt like it did not correct posture at all.

Too small
I’ve tried a few different versions of this idea over the years. Design wise, I think this one of the best. Clever design, that I think works well. Biggest problem I have, is with size, I’m 6ft 3, 200lbs, large frame perhaps, but this simply fits way too tight under the arms. They need a larger size by quite a bit. If you look like the model in the images, you are probably good to go. The other thing, is black is generally not the best color, to hide under clothing. It would be better in a beige, or grey. This will show thru under a lot of clothing. Also for me it rides too high up behind the neck. So it pops out under my shirt pretty easily. The Velcro straps are pretty uncomfortable as well. The instructions are not the greatest, it took a few minutes for me to figure out what was going on.

Like an uncomfortable backpack
The velcro on the straps cut up my armpits so bad. I know this is naturally an uncomfortable contraption to wear, but I have to believe thereâs something more comfortable to fix posture. I did give it two stars because the durability of the velcro was good, didnât come loose.

Works but not for muscular men or non petite people.
This posture corrector is advertised as being for men and women, but it barely fits a man. I have to be very careful when putting it on so that I donât end up having the straps come out. I am not overweight but have a good amount of muscle and broad shoulders. Once itâs on, itâs hard to reach the straps to pull and tighten as they are so short. If you are a small/petite person this will work great for you. Itâs comfortable when on, especially if you keep the Velcro in the right place. Itâs much kore comfortable with a shirt underneath. The product does work well once itâs on, and definitely improves posture, but because of the fit I can only give it 4 stars.

Instant relief! Highly Recommend!
I put this on as soon as I got it. I almost wanted to cry as I was instantly able to breathe better. (I have asthma and this definitely helps open up my lungs with the posture support) This brace has almost taken out my slouch within minutes of putting it on. It’s super comfortable, and the instructions were easy to follow. Simple to use, and it is way better than I expected. I thought the large was going to be big, but it actually adjusts to fit. Definitely recommend, especially for the price! Absolute game changer. What are you waiting for?
