They are much better when cold, and of the other flavors, these taste the best that I’ve had. I also have POTS, so getting drinks that can increase my electrolytes if I’m starting to feel like I’ll pass out that don’t taste horrible has been rough.
When I had the flu these were the only things that I could keep down, and have a very light taste. I love having them for backup in case I’m feeling sick or faint. I recommend it for all of my fellow spoonies!

I love these drinks because they are not too sweet. I've tried other flavors but didn't care for them. My brother loved these when he was alive, that's what started me to drinking them. Great electrolyte boost.

This is my favorite favorite Hydrating drink ever. I drink at least 2 a day and I kind of like it a bit frozen Lol. I wanted to point out the best flavors for those who dont want it to be too sweet since I have tried all of them. are : Coconut, grape & cucumber lime. So so refreshing and not as sweet as the rest of them.
