Iâve tried a handful of BCAA powders over the years, and this one easily ranks among the better options. I mainly use it during workouts and occasionally for recovery on rest days, and itâs been very consistent.Mixability:No issues here. It dissolves well in water with just a few shakes â no clumping, no gritty texture, even in cold water.Taste:Surprisingly good. A lot of BCAA powders are either overly sweet or have that weird chemical aftertaste, but this one is smooth and easy to drink throughout a workout. Not overpowering, which I appreciate.Performance & Recovery:Iâve noticed less soreness the day after heavy training sessions, especially leg days. Great flavor and solid workout aid
I picked up the GHOST BCAA in the Sour Patch Kids Blue Raspberry flavor and it did not disappoint. The taste is spot on â sweet, sour, and actually enjoyable to drink during workouts. I love that it delivers 7g of BCAAs per scoop and includes Astragin for better absorption. The fully transparent label is a big plus too â you know exactly what youâre getting. Great for sipping during training or throughout the day for extra recovery support.

Awesome flavor profile.
Great flavor. I mix mine with at least 24 or more ounces of water. So it’s not extremely sweet or overpowering. It mixes well and doesn’t leave granules of the mixture which is a huge plus. No stomach irritation and it works just as well as other amino blends. Definitely going to be buying this brand again.

Love the watermelon flavor BCAA
Ghost amino acids canât be beat, especially for the taste. I purchased the amino acids to drink while working out and the flavor of the watermelon is great. I gave it 4 starts because is just a bit too sweet for me but all I had to do was just add more water to diluted it down. I use one scoop for about 24oz. It easily dissolves with no clumps. Its really good value for your money.

My GoâTo BCAAs â Love the Flavor!
I have these BCAAs on subscription every month, and Iâm seriously never without them. The flavor is so good â not too sweet, not too artificial, just really easy to drink. I actually look forward to mixing it in with my water during workouts or even just throughout the day.They dissolve well, no weird clumps, and they make staying hydrated way easier. Iâve tried other brands before, but I always end up coming back to this one. Definitely worth keeping on subscription!

If you’re into BCAA and other supplementation for workouts, it is likely that you have heard of Ghost. We’ve tried a couple of their products and wow do they hit the spot during the most grueling of workouts. While the tangible benefits are obviously there, little matters if the drink doesn’t taste great. Lucky for this product the taste is awesome. Something about a sour drink during a workout really hits. Slightly edging this out in flavor is Ghosts Sour Strip BCAA blend: https://amzn.to/46kGB5U Both they are both very good.Quantity and size is pretty good. Not side effects or stomach upset. Dissolving was also better than many products in this category. Give one of these flavors a try, I’ve been very impressed.

Taste ok, but I feel like it doesnât give me the effect I was wanting taking pre-workout. Other workouts makes me feel like my energy is up to par, this is itâs strong as the others.

The blue raspberry and the redberry are literally the only BCAA supplements I’ve ever had that taste GOOD – the best I can usually hope for is that they’re not actively disgusting. Pricy but worth it to not have to choke down my drink.I do dilute it a LOT more than the packaging recommends though.
