    Worth the extra money

    I use this muscle stimulator several times a week. It has various modes and intensity levels that can provide a great AB workout. Depending on the mode you choose, there are different sequences of electrical pulses. The intensity can also be adjusted so it's easy to find the right workout. My favourite is mode 5.

    I usually wake up in the morning with a sore back, so I use it a little bit as well to relieve my back aches and pains. I believe that using the belt helps to keep my core tight and that continued use strengthens my core, which in turn helps to alleviate back pain.

    There are no quality issues with the belt. I highly recommend this product. It has exceeded my expectations. I can't think of any other drawbacks to the product.

    Title: Disappointing Experience – One Pad Not Functional

    I purchased this ABS and muscle stimulator with high hopes, and while the product was generally as described, I encountered a significant issue upon receiving it. One of the small pads, designed for use on arms, thighs, or calves, was not functional. This has been a major inconvenience since I cannot use the device on both arms simultaneously, forcing me to do 20 minutes on each arm separately.

    Unfortunately, due to my location outside the USA, returning the product for a refund or replacement isn't an option. This has turned out to be a disappointing loss for me. I would advise potential buyers to ensure they are within the USA before ordering, to avoid a similar situation. The device itself might work well if all parts are functional, but my experience has been less than satisfactory.
