Excellent Customer Service!
I ordered this Elliptical machine for my husband in November of 2024. He used it several times a day and it worked absolutely fine up until very recently, when the left foot pedal became loose so it wobbled while the machine was on. We wrote the seller, FryLine, an email (as instructed by the user manual) including a video of the malfunction. They responded immediately that we would be receiving a new machine for free as a replacement! What outstanding service!!! We couldn’t be more impressed!! Thank you, FryLine!

I really like it! It is very quiet, and it fits right under my desk. The only reason I didn’t give it all 5 stars is that it’s kind of choppy until you get to about 3. But you probably wouldn’t want to use it at less than 3 anyway. It has already helped my sore legs from working a desk job for 20 years. Good value for the $$!

Great Addition to PT Toys
I ordered this for rehab-ing my new fake knee after full knee replacement surgery. My physical therapist was 100% on board. It’s been difficult to reanimate my knee. This contraption is easy to set-up. (Does NOT include 2 AAA batteries.) Good value, Easy to use. Handy during rainy days in the PNW. Try to ignore the multiple typos in the Instruction Booklet. (So annoying.)

Quiet and relaxing
It feels really good to keep my legs moving while I’m working. It’s like getting a massage. It runs very quietly so I can even be on a call. I like that I can use it while turned off so it’s actual exercise. Two small things that are only slightly critical: the beeps for each control are too loud. Turning it on and then increasing the speed one level at a time all have a loud beep with it which is unnecessary. I also wish it would go longer than 30 minutes. Customer service was very quick and helpful when I asked a question about the manual use option. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to keep their legs engaged while seated, but just know that it’s not exercise. It’s just passive movement. I have a small rubber mat under it, and that, along with its hefty weight, keep it from sliding.

NOT Worth it over time
I’ve had for a month and it’s great when sitting for hours for work. The only minor downside, the timer resets, there’s no pause to get up and go back to it.Update:I’m at the 3 month mark. I’ve used it 2-3 hours a day, 5 days a week. Today it started making a clicking noise on the right pedal and the pedal came loose at about 10 more min. It’s not a stable foot pad now, it is clicking because it’s not rotating on the peg correctly. There’s no way to tighten it. The foot pad fell off. I was able to get it back on but it won’t stay…. waiting to hear from the seller.I’ll reach out to the seller but after 30 days, I’m not expecting much.
