This is by far my favourite BCAA drink Iâve ever tried. As a very active person who works out 5-6 times per week I need a drink that provides me with an extra burst of energy, keeps me well hydrated and tastes good. This is it. Iâve tried several different BCAA brands and several different flavours and this is the best. Itâs light, refreshing and natural tasting. Itâs not too sweet and doesnât have a chemical taste. Iâm able to sip on this during intense workouts and it keeps me full of energy and focussed. I also notice my muscle soreness and recovery time is reduced.
