Great value and sturdy
I bought this stair stepper on black friday for under $20! I was skeptical at that price, but I decided to order them to see if I would use them rather than shell out money for a dust collector. I’m pleasantly surprised at the quality! Ready to use right out of the box which was nice. I like that it displays calories burned or steps taken. I’m around 155 pounds and it works smoothly at my weight. Also comes with resistance bands and can be adjusted for a harder workout. I have to say, it’s probably my best buy this season!

**update**Iâve been using this product for approximately 4 months now, itâs been amazing and very convenient! Itâs VERY VERSATILE and thereâs no more excuses to not working out because itâs right in my room! ðð itâs a great buy and inexpensive, and I could say more but go ahead and try it, itâs definitely the game changer for my home gym experienceI used it the same day I got it. I didnât receive the resistance bands with it, so it was truthfully underwhelming. Hoping my replacement will have a better effect but so far disappointed. Iâm creating an at home gym so this caused an inconvenience for me, hopefully you receive a better experience.

Robust mini stepper that even came with a mat
Considering the low price of the product, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Actually pretty robust. Because this operates on hydraulic springs, you can’t adjust tension other than by how fast you go. The only adjustment is for height and there is a digital counter for steps.The workout cables were a little long for me but I solved that problem by crossing them. And I did get my heart rate up by stepping to a tabata playlist.It takes up a tiny amount of space, will get my heart rate up. And I can work out glutes while stepping in a squat position.Is this a serious piece of exercise equipment for gym rats, probably not. Is this a small investment in money and space for a piece of exercise equipment, yes. I can step while I’m watching videos or burn off extra calories if I overate. With my smart watch, I get a general idea of how much I’m burning.Overall, it was a good buy and even my heavy set son can use it. And it came assembled, other than the dial to set the height. And I really appreciated the mat so I don’t have to worry about damage to my wood floors.

I use this stepper almost on a daily basis. I like it better than my treadmill. The size is smaller to put in a tied spot. Works great, the tension is adjustable. I love it!

Some assembly required with terrible instructions, not so quiet, counter came with dead battery
Instructions were useless, it won’t have mattered if it came fully assembled, but the cable that wounds around the wheel underneath the paddles did not come wounded around the wheel. The cable had to be unbolted on one end so it can be wounded around the wheel and then bolted back on. Wear gloves b/c it’s a little greasy. I guess they did that so both paddles can be packaged completely down but that really only saved maybe three inches in height than if it were assembled and they won’t have had to include the little wrench which was pretty useless. You can’t really adjust the heights of the paddles by much, maybe two inches. They claim it is quiet except the resistance bands connect to eyelets on the metal frame with metal clips which clang when you use the bands. Also, after a few uses, the stepper started to squeak and sometime even screeches. Finally, the counter came with a dead battery.

I hate it because itâs so good that it wears you down and makes you think twice about stepping on it! Itâs small enough to store and put away & it functions amazingly and puts out a workout that you need. Itâs quiet so you can stand and watch TV while you get in your steps! It was so easy to assemble and put even the bands on and it was worth the money put on it.
