    A "back-saver" tool; not perfect, but it works!

    It's pretty powerful and flexible; I got the "tank tracks" version, and it's great to bring up bags of soil and such from the bottom of the driveway all the way up to my backyard, through a couple of ramps of stairs. It would be great if it had the ability to turn in place (right now you need to bring down the platform, rotate on wheels, bring up the platform again), and to have a faster mechanism to lift/lower the platform, but the limits are understandable at this price.
    I wonder how long the rubber tracks will last; they do take a beating.
    Battery is not bad – I was able to move 70 bags of top soil, 40lb each, in 11 trips through the uphill path I mentioned earlier; after 2 hours, the battery was done. If I had to do this regularly, I would need to buy at least a spare.
    All in all, if you need to move heavy stuff up hill, up stairs, and/or you are no more a spring chicken, it is worth the money. It takes a bit of time to get used to it, but it's quite easy to use once you know what to expect.

    The Dolly did it's job on my move. It is not perfect, however, it probably saved me a trip to the hospital and saved my back. there are minor issues with it, it is not balanced so if you have it standing with nothing on the pallet it can tip over (this thing is heavy ). Going DOWN stairs with heavy objects beware make sure you carefully tip the load on to the first two steps going down i almost lost a heavy load when the handle whipsawed out of my hands as i went over the first step and i strained my shoulder. over all it performed well and it was worth the money!

    Worked great!!!

    The switches were wired backwards.

    Fast=slow and Slow=fast

    Foward = backup and backup = forward. Took 2 min to fix.

    Ran a 500 lb safe across a basement, up a flight of stairs, across the house, down the porch stairs, down the driveway and onto a trailer with ease.

    Totally worth the $!!!!!

    This is an awesome piece of equipment if you have a basement! I have used it dozens of times going up and down basement stairs with full filing cabinets, stacks of 27 gallon tubs, and various pieces of equipment. Seems well engineered, affordable for the everyday homeowner, battery lasts for a while. They even sent some replacement control buttons if they wear out. The tracks make a very smooth trip up and down the stairs that is very controlled and having 3 speeds make it very convenient.

    This product really does work well on stairs going up and down smoothly. But it needs a wider lift plate and a little longer lift plate to safely tackle large freezers and fridges all an all a very good product.👍🏾plus you should buy straps and bungy cords for better performance 😊

    Man, this thing is worth its weight in gold! Got it to help move into a 4 story townhome and it works great! Battery life is good, assembly was just a few bolts, and speed options are really nice!

    There really weren't any assembly instructions provided, but all you really had to do was attach the bottom plate and it's caster wheels, and insert the handle and plug in the switch. I was able to assemble everything in about 20min.

    Helpful tip, I took the handle and reversed it (from the way it's shown in the images) since when it's crawling up stairs, the handle can get pretty low and difficult to hold, reversing it helps a lot but can impede really tall things. Also be sure you extend the handle out a bit, if you have most of the weight at the bottom it can kick up a bit and extending the handle helps keep it down on the stairs!

    10/10 would buy again instead of hiring movers!

    I'm affraid to use it, due to the fact that it says 'DO NOT CHARGE INDOORS' (it might become combustible), and I can not afford to ship it.
