Awesome product, strong and secure allowing for solid exercise whenever needed. Needs extra hardware imo, but not too expensive. I used 2"x8"x8' cut into 2 foot lengths (three of them) to mount the brackets to, felt pads betweem boards and wall with 4 inch screws into studs to mount to wall.

    So I bought this for my kiddos to use as a makeshift monkey bar 😅
    It is very easy to set up (just make sure to read the instructions…I thought I knew what to do and I was wrong) and can easily be moved around. I switch it between door frames daily.
    And it is strong! While my kids mainly use it, I can too and I don't feel it moving AT ALL (I'm close to 300 pounds)

    It's pretty easy to install. Try and get someone else to help you to hold it up while you tighten it. It took me a long time because I did it myself and it kept sliding down. It's pretty sturdy. It slipped a couple of times, so I had to keep tightening it

    Damages the door frame

    Be very careful if you try to install this inside a wooden door. In order to secure it, I had to extend the bar with so much pressure, that the frame actually started to separate. Even so, the frame still buckled under my weight and the bar slipped down. I'm convinced that at some point, the bar will slip off completely and my needs will come crashing down to the tile floor.

    I'm returning it. This thing is only safe if you have some way to buttress the braces from underneath.

    Really great adjustable bar

    I originally thought I bought the wrong size, but the bar gets just a bit smaller (than how it arrives in its packaging). So it worked out. I hung it in the doorway of the walk in pantry. Every time I walk in, I hang for 5-10 seconds. Increases grip strength and hanging is so great for posture. I also love that we didn't have to drill holes.

    I needed a bar that would support my weight so I could stretch my back and improve my grip strength. This bar was perfect for that. One thing to note is if you install it in a doorway that has been shimmed into position, you could potentially bow the door casing wider in order for the bar to be tight enough to hold your weight. The best thing would be to install it between two sturdy posts.
