Very quiet, display is informative, great product.
Like so many of us, I haven’t been active enough during the pandemic. I bought this in hopes that it would induce me to get the exercise I need. I’ve been using it for about a week, and I am thrilled! It gives me about the same exercise as a recumbent bike I previously owned.Pros:- sturdy- very easy to assemble, the only tool needed is included- whisper quiet (not silent, give up that dream)- display is easy to navigate and gives much data- if you have no trouble lifting 25 pounds, it’s easy to move around- large and comfortable pedals- can be used barefoot or with socks and/or shoes(you will want shoes on if using it upright as a stepper)Cons- the display isn’t lightedAdditional info:You may not notice much difference in tension if you move it one notch at a time. However, you can very easily notice the difference if you go from level one to level eight.I use mine on commercial-grade carpet, and it doesn’t slip around at all. If you use it on a wood or tile floor, you will probably want a mat.One stride is equivalent to one step, according to the pedometer I also use it with it. (I wear the pedometer all day to make sure I am getting my 10,000 steps in!)If your desk has a keyboard tray, this probably won’t work under your desk. I most often use mine sitting on my couch, and have no trouble reading on my Kindle Fire while I do so. Also great for watching a movie. Unlike so many striders, there is no need to be fully upright.

Great for any member of the family!
I purchased this for my husband, but once we saw how fun and versatile it was, everyone in the family has been using it & loving it!!!â¥ï¸ It’s compact, has a carrying handle and only weighs around 25 pounds, so we can easily move it from room to room, depending on who wants to use it at the time. There are so many different areas that can benefit from using this elliptical. My husband uses it under his desk while he’s working from home! He’s on the computer all day long and rarely leaves his desk, so this is a great way for him to destress & get a little exercise without having to leave his office. It also helps keep his legs and hips from cramping up from sitting too long. My son has A recent soccer injury and has to watch how he works out. This is perfect for him to use on low resistance. It’s really helping to loosen his muscles and help with lower back pain. He can also strengthen different muscles by putting his feet into different positions. My teenage daughter uses this after lacrosse practices and workouts as a cool down. The size of the foot treads are plenty large to fit any size feet! They’re also wide with grippers on the bottom, so your feet won’t slip. BONUS!!! And finally, I like to use it for my leg workouts. There are 8 different resistance levels to use. I like that there’s an LCD screen that shows your total strides, distance, calories burned and workout duration. It makes it extremely easy to track everyoneâs progress. The LCD screen is battery powered with 2 AA batteries. This machine is extremely well constructed and very sturdy. There’s no shaking or wobbling when using it, no matter how tough of a workout you’re doing. It runs completely off of your foot movement with no electricity needed. The set-up was a breeze. From the time of opening the box until I was able to use it was around 5 minutes. I’m very happy that we’re getting so much use out of it. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!!! My whole family loves using it!!!â¥ï¸â¥ï¸

Pros and cons
Overall this is a great product. Does exactly what itâs supposed to do which is to exercise your legs by peddling. I originally bought it for my husband who has a neurological disease and cannot exercise easily. I now use it after having knee replacement surgery for rehab. It has a resistance knob to increase peddling resistance. It also has a digital readout for counting pedal revolutions, distance, rpm, time, and calories. And that is really all the adjustments it has so itâs very simple and straight forward to use and there is a very little to put together out of the box. I think for someone who is somewhat sedentary and wants to exercise their legs a little or for rehab itâs a very nice little unit. There are a couple of things that are drawbacks. One is that itâs really heavy. It has a handle to make moving it easier but for someone who is not very strong or frail or has a bad back or bad shoulders, it will be challenging to move. I think the fact that itâs heavy probably makes it good quality but itâs also a bit of a problem if you need to move it a lot. If you are paddling fast it will not bounce around. I originally bought this for my husband but he has a very difficult time keeping his feet on the pedals. The pedals are wide enough for most feet and long enough and are set in, meaning itâs not a bike pedal. And thatâs the reason I bought this machine to accommodate my husbands feet and ankles which do not work well. However I wish they had an attachment for a wide strap to keep the foot on the pedal. For him he really needs that to keep his foot on the pedal. And you would also be able to do a push pull motion, not just push. So unfortunately it doesnât work that well for him. I plan to keep it though because it works for me to exercise my knee. All in all I recommend this peddler this is something that youâre looking for.

Worked immediatly
Since retiring I was sitting around more than normal. My legs began getting tight. My legs felt that it could barely move when walking in the mall or in the stores. It was so stiff. As soon as the machine arrived, it was assembled and I began using it. Like magic, it loosened my the muscles in my legs and when I went walking in the store, my legs moved like it used to be. They felt like my legs of old. Now, the negative. It is beginning to make a sound. Gave it a four for ease of assembly, was because the screws should have been labeled in what holes to put them in. Had to remove the screws from the pedal and the base and put them were they should go. Besides that, it was an easy assembly. Would highly recommend it to those who need to relax their muscles. Oh I forgot to mention, it increases my heart rate as well.

Just received this today. Hubby put it together quickly without and issues. It seems very well made . Itâs quite heavy but still moveable. Itâs smooth to use, very quiet. Overall it appears to be a good product and way to get exercise indoors . I bought it to help regain strength after an illness. We have long cold winters too so I hope to get lots of use from this.

Overall, the machine is very sturdy and quiet Setup took a while because the machine is heavy. If you have mobility issues this is the perfect machine wish I had got it sooner. I used it for a bit on the 1st level, being honest I found it challenging but I’m not a youngster. I found it easier to pedal backwards then forwards to get the pedal moving after that it was ok, after 20 minutes I did work up a sweat. The mat is not functional it made the machine slide and I almost fell off mychair. Registration was easy, the only issue I have is with the QR code it won’t take me to the site. Overall, it’s a nice machine and using it for the first time I felt good.

Ok, I am using the Lifepro elliptical as write this review. I received the elliptical very quickly. Once I freed the unit from the box, it was really really well packed, all I had to do was to attach the flat pedals, park it under my desk, and start pedaling. It is a very smooth and quiet machine. It is extremely solid. They also provided a mat that fits perfectly under the unit and yes, the unit does not slide around when you are pedaling. So, set-up was a dream.I am 63 and I was just barely able to lift the unit and move it to the spot where I wanted to use it. It is heavy, an older person might need help to move it. But this just shows how solid the unit is for a workout.I wear the Fitbit Charge 5, so whenever I get zapped by the watch, I get on my chair and start pedaling. I really like this purchase, and I am glad I chose this particular elliptical bike. LiseG

I like that the noise factor is quiet. The instructions came with stretches for before and after and to start off slow. I really enjoy this bike during work hours in the morning.

Generally I’d say this is a great investment, I love being able to get a bit of exercise still on days where it’s hard to leave the desk. It’s very comfortable and easy to use, but I wish the resistance levels scaled a bit more – I think the top level could have added a bit more. That said, you can notice the difference. *Updated*: I thought that the bluetooth wasn’t working since my iPhone wouldn’t recognize it, but I downloaded the Kinomap app they recommended and followed the instructions, and it does work! It seems to just track the RPMs and duration (along with a calorie count). As others have mentioned, it’s very quiet (just a whirrr sound as you pedal). I’ve been able to work up a sweat while sitting at my desk, and it’s improving my muscle tone and stability, so I’m super happy with it so far.
