Great aid after total knee replacement
I bought this in advance of having total knee replacement of right knee. I had surgery on 9/25 and went home the next day. This strap is a godsend. My bed is high and getting my right leg up without this aid would be impossible. My physical therapist says this is top quality as well. This is well made and sturdy. It is also helping me to do all of my exercises. I highly recommend this and once healed will use it for stretching. On another funny note my cat has not left my side since I got home and has been snuggling up to the belt when I am not using it.

Iâm using due to a knee injury. Product is well made you can tell from the stitching, great quality product. Definitely helps with stretching exercises. Would recommend this for everyone for recovery process and injury prevention

Good resistance not stretchable like the elastic kind. Fabric has good feel to the touch.
Good tension resistance for leg stretches unlike the stretchable tension from the elastic bands. The loops on the band are relatively large, able to accommodate large hands. The fabric has a good feel to the touch, allowing for better hand grip on the band. Recommended.

This is the same band that is used in Physical Therapy offices. Works great and is exceptional and sturdy. I purchased this so that I could do the same exercises at home that I do in an actual Physical Therapy setting.
