Easy way to get active
You know it's a good workout when it's a tiring one. The stepper is an effective workout machine that really gets you moving all your parts. There's no assembly required as it's shipped strapped and in one piece. I've never used a stepper before so this seems to have limited customizations like the resistance levels on the steps. But the default way it works just fine and as I keep saying it's a really good workout, saves tons of space as the machine is not bulky or heavy. Not that heavy, I can lift it up and place it where I want. It stays in place when you're working out with the grippy base, and feels sturdy though it would have been nice if they included a pad to put the stepper on. The resistance band is a great addition as well! They just need to be clipped on and then you can use it to pull curls while stepping. They seem kind of short but they are stretchy to get a good workout on the arms. I use it for about 10 mins a day as part of my daily workout routine. It's easy but also can get tiring.

    Bought the product last year and surprisingly it's still functionning normally. Unlike the traditional stepper, the two pedals work independently, which the pedal won't lift up as the other one goes down. It was first kind weird to perform the movement but later on I was in love with it, as the users need to manually lift their legs to let the pedals goes up, performing extra workout for quadriceps.

    Missing a Tension Adjustment

    I am returning this item. Seemed great out of the box but first time getting on it, smack to the bottom, and when I try using it as a stepper I get maybe 2" height out of it. I don't know who this is for, or if there is something wrong with the cylinders. Anyway, a message to the company and the reply was partly in Chinese and otherwise says I should watch the attached video. I think that's the attached video on the Amazon product site because there was no link in their reply. That did no good on instructing me. And the instructions in the box didn't help either. However, I have realized there are two models, and one has a tension adjustment that is missing on the other model though both are steppers and share a listing. So if you want a stepper with tension get the black model and not the gray, as the gray has no tension. If mine was only faulty, well, again, communication with the company provided me no guidance or information.

    Seems like a decent stepper. Purchased one about 18 months ago & my daughter has used it quite a bit. It's still quiet — which is the biggest thing to me. One slightly concerning thing has occurred: the footpads do not go up as high as they originally did — maybe they're lacking an inch of travel from the original? I know this because we wanted a second unit, so I bought a duplicate.
