Product looks as advertised
I can’t find anything wrong with these exercise bands/tubes. They are tubes but the site calls them bands so not really sure what to call them. It’s like surgical tubing that we used to make wrist rockets with. I like the variety of strengths. I give a 4 for durability due to the size of the little carabiners that connect the tubes to the handles. Those are light to medium weight and I will be surprised if they do not fail. I have used similar carabiners in other applications and the gate springs fail eventually. I will probably go to Home Depot and get some stainless steel ones that I know will hold up. Also, because they are so small, when you clip the handle D-ring into the tiny carabiner, you have to then rotate the carabiner around so the webbing at the tube end will fit inside of the biner and not open the gate. Anyway, it’s not a big deal but it would have been nice to have a nicer clasping system. I have some other tubes that have nice stainless clasps that are shaped more like a sailboat swivel snap shackle and they are very robust. The stitching is good but the webbing is not as strong as the older ones I have. Again, I doubt this will create an issue down the road but it just gives the equipment a cheaper feel. I’m sure it will hold up alright though. The tubes I am replacing just are getting older and one day when I was doing curls, I might have needed to add another tube or maybe I should not have stretched it out so far but the tip broke off and the tube went flying. These newer tubes have the weight resistance stitched onto one end so that’s handy to be able to pick up the tube and see what the resistance is since they are all colored similarly (gray and black shades). I have not used them in a real workout yet since they just arrived yesterday and I only opened them today. I got them to be able to work out when I travel. Using tables and chairs in hotel rooms leaves a little to be desired. I would recommend these to anyone but if I were to buy again I would look for some with stronger looking clips on the ends of the tubes. Just my opinion.Lastly, I was going to get the bar they advertise with these but decided instead to pick up a one inch diameter wood dowel from Home Depot alone with some stainless carabiners and some 1/4″ hemp cord. I wrapped the handle in the cordage and attached the carabiners to the end with small U-bolts and it works really good. I could have spent $29 or whatever for the fancy bar but I like this wood one and it reminds me of something Rocky would have used to train. lol

Excellent equipment
I am very pleased with the product. It seems durable and it is challenging. No complaints.The ‘instructions’ that came with it were a bit sparse and seemed to assume that one was familiar with resistance band equipment, how to set it up, and use it effectively. There were no words: only pictograms. I tried the website for the company and found no joy there either. I finally had to resort to YouTube to figure it out.Great equipment, though…

An Easy Way to Work Out and Stretch
The Resistance Bands I purchased provided a wide range of band tensions, with convenient attachable handles. The bands are just the right length and provide for a great work out and stretching of muscles and joints. There is also a door anchor included, which comes in very handy for some exercises. This set is a great value for the price.

Very stretchy
These bands are stretchy. Similar to products made of elastic or rubber. If you hook too many together, theyâre hard to pull; like giving resistance to my efforts. Prolonged use of these has proven to fatigue my muscles and make the veins in my forearms bulge. While Iâm not a fan of the muscle growth Iâve had using these odd rubber tubes, old women canât seem to keep their hands off of me; calling me a âbig, strong boyâ.10/10

Most buyers make purchases off how the product looks, since there is no trying out or feeling the product before buying it. While visually, there are some discrepancies from what is shown vs what/how I received it, the product is still very good quality. I originally wrote an honest review that Amazon refused to publish, so I wrote a bad review in response. The seller has bent over backwards to try to make me feel whole, which I appreciate as well as respect. Itâs a sign of a seller who believes in their product and wants others to benefit from it!!!

I purchased these resistance bands for a surgical rehab program and they are excellent. The handles are large, padded and quite comfortable. Each band has itâs own clips which make it easy to change when going to a different resistance band. I really like the grey colour variations on the bands. The darker the band, the higher the resistance rating. A good storage bag was included, the whole kit is well made. I like using these bands, they give a good workout. Iâll continue to use them, much preferred over free weights. Easy to pack for travel. Definitely would buy them again

These are great quality with everything you need although some really subtle annoyances affect efficient works outs.The bands are too similar in colour. Whilst looks smart, it becomes difficult to determine resistance. The colours fade with stretching and arenât as differentiated as they appear in the photos so memorising the resistance strength is impossible.The resistance strength is only printed on one side of the band meaning grabbing it quickly means searching for the side to find the resistance strength (again not helped by the similar colour). This is a small detail I hope the manufacturers can consider sewing the resistance strength on each end of the band. You can of course get a white marker and mark it yourself.Finally, something to mark the mid-point of the band!! This helps while switching quickly from one exercise to the next and knowing where the middle point is for even resistance on each side and getting straight to work. Thisâd be a really good addition Iâve not seen anywhere else.Otherwise the accessories feel really good quality (2 door anchors would be ideal ;))
