    Killer deal
    This exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. $15 US.I feel like they need to label this Child/Young Adult size as it is slightly too small for a larger person but perfect for a small adult.3 out of 5 people in my home can use with ease and the other two need like an extra inch to fit their large feet on the board in a comfortable and most importantly NATURAL WAY so the balance board can work at full capacity.It’s crafmanship is excellent and it should be able to withstand heavy use over time.I’ll update this if anything changes but I recommend this.

    I love this thing! Great for virtual meetings.
    I love this balance board so much that I bought a second one so I have one for working from home and another for when I have to go to the office. It took maybe a day to get used to. I was surprised at how difficult it felt at first but then I got used to it. I feel totally comfortable balancing on it now while on work calls and even typing and screen sharing. I even balance comfortably on one leg and like to do different things like figure 4, stand up on toes of both feet, static squat etc. And no one can tell when I’m in a virtual meeting 😂 keeps things interesting for me through the long conversations and I even feel like I focus better. That’s how I got comfortable with it, focusing on the conversation not on balancing. I’ve demonstrated for work colleagues and I’m pretty sure they all think I’m crazy lol. But I don’t care, I love this thing. I have used it for over an hour at a time, almost two with no problems. I feel safe using it on tile with no slippage. My favorite way to use it is barefoot. Prefer not to use shoes personally, I feel more balanced when i can feel the board under me and grip with my toes. Quality seems great, I’ve had it for months and have had no issues at all – the surface got a little faded but doesn’t affect the function. I’m a runner and got this to increase my core strength, ankle strength, calves, etc. and I do think it helps. I love that idea can work at the same time. Such a game changer when I got a standing desk, walking pad, and this balance board. Helps me bring much more movement into my work day rather than sitting staring at a screen for 8 hours straight. Benefits both my health and productivity. It’s just plain fun too. I highly recommend this!

    It wobbles!
    I’ve been a ski instructor for around 30 years and staying in ski shape in the off season has been a concern for a while. A whole bunch of skiers turn to biking in the spring, summer, and fall to keep up the cardio (Tyler Hamilton was a skier prior to becoming a world-famous cylist) but the ankle, leg movement, balance, and skier body positioning cannot be replicated on a bike. I use this trainer board to simulate tipping both feet, in the same direction, at the same time as I would when initiating a turn while skiing. This board is not very wide so it also helps me keep my feet close together (I’ve struggled with a too-wide ski stance for many years). When I stand on the board I have ski poles in both hands and also practice on body positioning. As any good ski coach would tell you, skiing starts with a solid, balanced stance as nothing in skiing works correctly if the skier is not balanced. It also helps to tighten the core as abdominal muscles have to be engaged in order to remain in balance. It’s a good tool, inexpensive, and gets the job done.

    This is a good size, sturdy balance board, which I have used often as part of a core routine. I imagine it would work well for many ages and abilities, my kids have used it ages nine and 11, and I am in my 40s.
