It’s very effective.
My nails break soooo easily and it always breaks in the middle if I get my nails done and worse is it bleeds from that tear. I started this about 3weeks now and I was taking two tablets in the morning and two at night only and right now my nails are hard, very hard, growing longer and stronger. There’s also a glow and firmness to my skin. Don’t know about my hair yet. It’s a 10/10 for me.

Bought this primarily for hair health and less hair shedding and it definitely works! Iâm not use to taking supplements multiple times a day let alone 6 times. Directions says I can take all 6 pills at once but I couldnât stomach taking more than 2 pills at once as these pills are big (the size of my index finger nail). However, since it works even with taking 2 pills per day, Iâll try taking more in a day soon as the more I get use to taking them. But so far, I been taking 1-2 pills per day once in a day instead of the suggested 6 pills. Been taking them for 2 months and I can say that there is a significant improvement in health of my nails and hair.After the first month of taking them, my nails are whiter, stronger and looking beautifully healthier. My hair definitely grew faster than I normally expect. Not sure it helps with fullness or thickness of my hair. But it definitely does help with hair loss or hair shedding as I notice a significant lesser amount of hair less after washing and brushing my hair. Iâm sure that if I had taken more than 2 pills per day, there will be bigger improvements.

Iâve only been taking them for 3 days (6 pills in the morning before I eat) I am already noticing a difference. My skin is brighter and tighter. My face looks more lifted and fines lines are fading. However the pills are huge. I donât have a problem with swallowing pills, but these are giant and it gets harder every day to take all six of them. Itâs seems to be worth it so Iâll stick with it and maybe go with a powder next time. You donât have to take all 6 at once you can split it up during the day.

It is tasteless, pills are a bit bigger than usual but easy to swallow and I noticed my a few dark spots on my face started to fade slightly and my hair started growing faster. The skin benefits come in when I take the 6 pills but as of now I take 3 pills once daily.

Results driven supp! Considering my hormones make it difficult to have nice skin/nails, this has been a taste of normalcy! I so appreciate the difference I’ve seen in wrinkles, nail strength, hair length. The most noticeable things I’ve seen is an improvement around the nasolabial corners of my mouth that were starting to droop. It lifted my cheeks a little and seems to have created a younger more plump look in my face. Even my juvederm med spa doctor says it’s a must have.
