I was definitely skeptical at first because for a product to state its a natural pain reliever, improves sleep, promotes meditation etc all while simply being a mat with spikes seemed to good to be true. I went for it. I laid on a sof surface (bed) without any clothing and at first it’s uncomfortable which is to be expected until you acclimate to the sensation. Then the effects are almost immediate. From the burning sensation (which feels oddly amazing) to the numbing effect, you do go into a relaxed state. I actually drifted off for a few. When I tell you this is relaxing I mean it! So glad I made the purchase. This will be my new night time routine. I also want to point out that the quality is good. After usage you can expect more cheaper brands to not be as sharp aka the benefits will not be as impact full but this brand is pretty sturdy and meant to last.

Game changer
High quality mat with pillow and extra mat. I use all three at the same time, rolls up nicely and two snaps for easy transport on the go. I find myself falling asleep on it when I use it. When I first got it customer service followed up to see if I had questions and how it was working out for me. Great product, service etc. I like it so much I bought one for my daughter and she loves it too. Great relief to tension etc. thank you! A new thing to me that I now use regularly. Highly recommend.

Wish it were longer
Love this mat, but I wish it was one long piece instead of having the weird, loose, extra mat and neck pillow. If it were a continues neck pillow that formed into upper shoulder support, then flat, and then lumbar support it would be perfect.

This is such a great quality and effective mat. I had bought a cheap mat a couple years ago and that was my introduction to acupressure mats, I used it every day and although it seemed to help it didn’t even come close to the Dakini mat, the material is much nicer, it’s more spikey and more intense but after the initial discomfort which lasts only a couple minutes it feels amazing, I slept better than I had for so long and had less pain when I woke up this morning. Definitely recommend this mat.

Esta muy completo y bonito viene tal cual la foto pero el material no se ve nada extraordinario y se me hace más costoso que varios de su competencia entonces sugiero comprar uno más económico al fin no cambia el material, solo el tapete extra y que se puede doblar para transportarlo pero los picos y el material es cualquiera y el precio es elevado. Packaging:Product is a 3 peice set that comes with:x1 Neck Pillowx1 back matx1 Mat for your feet (but they can be used however you see fit)The neck pillow and foot mat neatly wrap around inside the the back mat which buttons up and it turns in to a carry case with handles.It also pretty good quality.Product:As for the product itself, if you are a beginner with an accupressue mat,I suggest started with a t-shirt and eventually work your way down to not having one.It will be painful for a bit but if your breath though the pain i swear it’s worth it!!!Overall I am very happy with this product!!

This product relaxes me so much, that I fall asleep when using it. It relaxes any muscle or tension issues I may be experiencing. If regular exercises does not correct muscle or tension issues, Acupressure Mat helps to correct the problem.
