   Good stuff
   Very nice supplement I have had issues consuming Creatine in the past because it doesn’t mix well and has a gritty feeling afterwards. This is not that, mixes very well, I instantly feel my energy levels and mental focus kick into high gear. Getting plenty of retention without feeling bloated or the need to make frequent trips to the restroom. Please make sure to read all directions for use and follow those guidelines for personal safety.

   It Seems to Work
   I selected this brand and I am now on my second container. What I really like is the complete lack of flavor and easy dissolvability. Creatine has been used as a supplement for decades and has been clinically proven to work. I am a senior citizen who tried it because over time I noticed I was losing strength. In particular, I was not able to complete as many repetitions of my weights, push-ups, and pull-ups. Since I started creatine I have definitely noticed the difference. It has rolled the clock back for me. One of the other reasons I tried it was because I was getting more muscle and tendon strains. There is some evidence to suggest creatine can help with this. So far so good. Subjectively, I would say I suffer less from muscle and tendon strains. I had read that creatine can initially cause a small weight gain and this was also true for me. It is not due to muscle growth, but fluid retained in the muscles. I plan to keep using creatine and in particular this brand.

   Expected a little bit more inside
   I’m excited to actually try this out to help out with my weight lose journey. My fiance had been using it and was losing weight pretty well (mainly water weight) and he looks amazing so why not try it out for myself. Was a little scared it didn’t come with a scoop but does, you gotta dig it out lol

   Clumpy powder
   This is the 4th time I have ordered this product, and have always been impressed. Unfortunately this time the creatine had major clumps stuck together. It still works as it should just disappointed.
