Love this flavor
The flavor is refreshing. I get two drinks out of one pouch as it’s a little strong for me. So that’s 32 oz of water for 1 pouch with is great hydration. I also love the peach and watermelon flavored.

Not very peachy
It’s not very peachy but it’s definitely tart with a blackberry flavor. It dissolves easy and gets the job done. I’m caffeine sensitive so this is perfect for the medium amount of energy I need to get through working a night shift. I can’t speak to the hydration but I’ve used other liquid IV flavors at musical festivals in my CamelBak and they help a lot.

Weirdly clumpy, disappointing
I had the apple flavor shipped to my house every month, because I drink one about every other day. But that flavor wasnât available, so I ordered the blueberry peach. I can usually just put in the powder, add water, and stir for it to evenly mix then add in ice.My first try ended up not mixing well at ALL, slightly flavored water with all these clumps of the powder floating at the top. Just tried another packet, and the same thing. Might just toss the whole bag.

I use several different flavors & kinds of Liquid IV – this is great in water and also good mixed in a bit of OJ & water. It does seem to give me an energy boost.
