Such a relief
I’ve mostly just used the big roller. I have a spot on my back that hurts so bad sometimes, I can’t concentrate. In just seconds on the big roller, I feel such a relief! Based on that alone, I highly recommend this product.It comes in a handy bag to keep all the items together. This kit is a game changer. I definitely recommend it.

Nice set but a little stiff for me
I love a good foam roller, Iâve used them for years. I like this set and all the things it comes with the but the nubs on the roller and on the hand roller are very stiff and kind of uncomfortable in my opinion. The hand roller works well on my legs but those plastic nubs can be quite uncomfortable in some areas. It looks just as pictured, every thing comes with it as mentioned- itâs just too hard/ stiff for me to love it.

Isnât squishy! I love mine.
Love this thing. Keep in mind that it is pretty firm even though it appears to be squishy and have some give to it. If you want it to be comfy know that this may not be the roller for you. It works great getting out big body knots. Comes with a bag you can sling over your shoulder for the gym. Photo with my lady hand for size reference.
