I have gone through a number of different brands and manufacturers looking for the speed rope that would make double unders easy for me (CrossFit)News Flash: Double Unders are never going to be easy for me.That said… this rope has a fast, smooth action and consistent swing along with the best length adjustment mechanism I have ever seen, and having the right tools can make any job feel easier.The quick-set length adjustment is amazing. Instead of cinching your rope into a thumbscrew vice and then trimming the ends off, the cable feeds through the handle and is held in place with a press down tension spring. (Terrible explanation, but hopefully a little helpful) In short… you don’t have to commit to one rope length. At any time you can lengthen or shorten the rope to match the length you need, so if you have athletes of different heights in the household/gym, they can ALL use this rope.The handles are another positive for me. I am 6’3″, 260, so a larger person. Some of the ropes that I have used (RPM) have very thin handles, which feel inconsequential in my hands. The Bear Komplex rope has large diameter (but still very light) handles, which make it easier to grip and offer a significant swing aid to help build rhythm on dubs and improved rope action on crossovers etc…This is the best rope I have ever found and I highly recommend it.

This has been the best rope I have ever used for CrossFit. The cable wire has a light coating that doesnât hurt as bad when u accidentally whip yourself. The adjustable handles are super easy to use & uou donât need extra tools to adjust your rope!

Great but heavy
After doing the 21.1 WOD Friday with the kinked up ropes at my box, I decided it was time to invest in a good jump rope. I decided on this one because it isn’t the cheapest and it isn’t the most expensive. I didn’t want a knock off brand or something cheap that was going to break after a month.Pros: It’s fast and smooth. The colors are great and it’s durable. Nothing short of trying to break these handles will break them.I like the self locking design so I didn’t have to cut the cable. If you get it too short, it’s okay, you just pull some out of the handle.Cons: The handles are heavy! I was able to try out another guy’s RPM Session 4 and the weight of the handles is very noticeable.Overall this is a great rope for dubs if you’re not looking to spend the $80 on an RPM. The only thing I don’t like is the weight of the handles.

Not worth it
I regret my decision to take a chance on these after seeing other reviews about the cable not staying in the handles. This worked well for one day and was great when it was functional. By day 2 the cables would take turns flying out of the handles mid jump. I ended up having to tape them (see pic). I was fine âdealingâ with that solution, but now here we are 4 months later and one of the handles doesnât spin anymore. So this jump rope is basically useless at this point as I have had to go back to using my old one (Rogue RX rope) which has been going strong for four years. Iâm pretty bummed though, because I really wanted to try a lightweight speed rope as the RX rope is a lot heavier. Wish it wasnât so cheap, it was great the first day!

What I love about the rope is also what I dislike about the ropeâ¦
I really liked the handles and the mechanism to adjust the length of the rope. I say liked because I ultimately returned the rope and grabbed a different brand whose handles I find to be too light but I had some issues with this rope. The rope length can be easily adjusted due to the internal mechanism built into the handles. However my rope would often fly out of said mechanism and it really messed up my cadence and put me behind in my workouts. The other issue I had was that the rope developed a kink very early on that didnât bother most reviewers I saw online but for me it twisted the rope up a lot and often ended up hitting the outside of my shoe. I really liked how the handle felt in my hands compared to my rogue mat Fraser model but I just couldnât deal with the kinked rope flying out. If they can fix this issue I would definitely buy again because I miss the weight of these handles very much so.

Ich springe zweimal in der Woche für jeweils zehn Minuten. Das Seil ist in einem guten Zustand, aber der Griff ist nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Er ist völlig kaputt, obwohl er nie runtergefallen oder irgendwo gegengeschlagen ist. Wirklich eine schlechte Qualität. Für den Preis hätte ich eine bessere Qualität erwartet.

La verdad esperaba mucho por la marca pero definitivamente la cuerda no es su fuerte, la cuerda recién comprada la estrene en un Open y no me sirvio de nada se salió la cuerda cuando estaba bicna do y casi lastimó a alguien por culpa de eso.Insisto tengan cuidado, espero que haya sido la que compre yo y no las de las demás gente la que salió defectuosa.
