A bit weird to get used to but once you get the “strides” down it’s pretty effective at burning up your legs. Really helps out for those walks that get canceled on rainy or extremely hot days.Also pairs really well with a stand up desk if you WFH!The adjustments are a bit too simple in that they affect the resistance as well as stride length though… only real complaint

DO NOT BUY!! Fell apart within a month of using it!! Got this stepper machine just over a month ago. Getting into an exercise routine for the new year. Noticed one month into using this and the left stepper petal starting to turn inward. Noticed that the metal bar that holds the petal onto the machine is starting to bust and break off. I canât use the machine anymore. I was just getting comfortable with getting into a routine that I can do while watching TV and now I will have to find an alternative way to get my daily exercise in. Iâm well under the 300lb weight limit. So I know itâs not thatâs. This steppers craftsmanship is less than stellar. Iâm 12 days past the return window with Amazon and canât find a contact number for Daccor to possibly use any warranty they may have. So now I have a $40 piece of junk!!

Excellent product!
Had in my shopping cart a few weeks; was doubtful I would get satisfaction from this, but boy was I wrong. I did 15 minutes on a high tension and felt the burn in my legs, thighs, felt my heart rate rise, and broke out in a sweat. Got a good aerobic workout as well. Instructions how to operate and set up were clear, I set up in under 10 minutes. Very happy with purchase. Now I can exercise each evening while watching television.

Not for heavy folks
I bought this before Thanksgiving because I am “tons o Fun” and wanted to torture myself into reasonable sized fun. On the plus side, for 2 months it worked admirably. 20 minutes two times a day around 1600 steps a session and I was starting to feel better. Unfortunately, my extra plump pooty chute just destroyed this thing. Welds broke and steel housing ripped and everything. Such a bummer.If you’re above 300 pounds this is not the weight loss tool for you. I am around 340lbs and ripped it apart. ð
