wow! just opening the sleeve of the tea bag filled my little kitchen with sweet asian pear fragrance. I love asian pears when they are in season and this delightful tea will fill in during the long months when i’m unable to get fresh pears. I’m looking forward to trying their Jeju tangerine tea soon

It’s just so bad
I love cherry blossom tea and have some from a variety of brands. All the ones I’ve tried have a green tea base, and I was very excited to find one with a black tea base. I love the Jeju Tangerine from this brand, so I decided give this a shot.Unfortunately, I found this tea to be utterly disgusting. I took one sip and dumped out the cup. Doesn’t taste like cherry or floral at all. It’s very sweet, very artificial tasting… like drinking chemicals. I don’t have a problem with “artificial flavors” when they’re done well, but this definitely was not.I’ve attached a photo of the ingredients. Tea at this price point should not randomly add “sugar” to the bag (or the random assortment of other fillers), especially without listing it anywhere in the description (if I saw this ingredient list, I’d have never bought this tea)EDIT: I’ve also bought the Red Papaya from this brand, but I can’t seem to leave a seperate review. The Red Papaya is not an undrinkable mess like the cherry blossom, but it’s not great either. It says papaya, but it tastes like candy peach.I’ve also added an ingredients photo from the Jeju Tangerine, which is actually good and the only tea I’ve tried from this brand that’s worth purchasing. This was the first tea I purchased, and I foolishly assumed the others would be similar so I was willing to buy the Cherry Blossom and Papaya teas blind. Despite enjoying the Tangerine, my review still stands at 1* because I can’t return the ones I didn’t like and I’m quite bitter about tossing $40-$50 worth of tea in the trash.

Having grown up with the roasted chestnuts during winter time, this Marron Glace flavor hits home reminding me of familiar flavors. Without any addition of sugar or honey, this tea is sweet, nutty, and earthy. You can make a delish milk tea by adding some milk, cream, or condensed milk.It pairs well with dessert dishes but it can be enjoyed on its own.

I highly recommend this tea. My husband and I had this tea many years ago at a Korean restaurant (in Vancouver) and I spent years trying to find it. A few years ago I finally found it on eBay. Unfortunately they didnât sell it in bulk so I had to save it for special occasions. I am very happy itâs now available on Amazon. I order by monthly subscription and drink a cup a day now. If you like green tea with a floral aroma, this is the tea for you.

The aroma of this tea is reminiscent of desserts and bubble tea shops. I’ve had a cup brewing and all who walked past have asked what smells so wonderful! The flavour is rich and soothing- it feels like a warm hug. The value is great, the packaging is lovely and the brand itself is delightful! I highly recommend and will be buying more and surely gifting some to other tea lovers.
