I am an XL man, 6â1 210lbs and I usually size up anyway but this time round the XL is a little tight. It will be fine under my equipment but it doesnât do me any favors in the stomach area.Under armor is the #1 brand of athletic wear for a reason. It is a thin material in the back to provide ventilation but it is solid and thicker on the sleeves. The quality is great, the price was unbeatable, and it does its job well.
