Perfect for espresso machines with low cup clearance
I upgraded to a Profitec Go espresso machine but none of my other coffee scales were able to fit under the factory double-spouted portafilter. This scale not only fits, but it gives me about 2 extra inches (who doesnât want that) of cup clearance under the portafilter without having to use a bottomless one. Battery life seems excellent and I really like how fast it is able to recharge. From my testing this scale reads the same weight as my Acaia Pearl, so it is very accurate down to 0.1 grams. This scale now lives on the drip tray of my espresso machine and will be going with my on any travel/camping trips. Also, i think it is a huge plus that you can turn the sound on or off with a button, very useful for making coffee when Iâm the first one up in the morning. All these features for the price really make this scale a winner in my book. The only major difference between this and my Acaia is the Bluetooth functionality, but at this price you canât expect that. I highly recommend this scale if you need more clearance under your portafilter or if you want a ton of features for a really awesome price. Itâs a great way to up your coffee game without spending >$100. I will update this review after a few months to give my opinion on longevity and how it responds to being used multiple times per day.

Very good
Love it. Super compact and perfect for weighing my daily pour over or larger amounts for pots of coffee or cold brew. Simple to use with only a couple of touch buttons. Measures accurately down to .1 of a gram and can be switched to ounces. Iâve been using it daily for 3 months and only had to recharge once.

Special way to charge scale
2/16/25 update: Right after I wrote this review, the scale performance further deteriorated, so I was going to take another star away. However, the seller reached out to me about my original review and offered a refund or replacement – I chose a replacement. The replacement is working great so far. I stand by what I said about needing to pay attention to how itâs charged, though.This is the first time since becoming an Amazon customer in 2006 that a seller has ever reached out to me, which, in and of itself warrants another star. Will update again if anything changes.Original review:Overall, the scale looks nice with my white Fellow Opus and damson blue Breville BP, functions as expected, and is easy to clean.However, I echo the comments of another reviewer who mentioned that the scale will not charge with a large or fast/slow charge power brick. It must be plugged directly into a USB outlet or one of those small, basic charging bricks has to be used.I also question the longevity of it as it sometimes registers a few fractions of a gram of weight when nothing is on the scale, so Iâm have to tare it a few times to get it to 0.00. Iâve had it 2 months so far and will come back to update if it croaks prematurely.

Accurate scale with nice feel.
Accurate, good battery life, feels solid with some weight, but not too heavy. Stays in place. I’ve gone through many cheap scales, they get to 9.7 then jump to 10.0g. Not this one, it measures to the tenth of a gram across the range, and is repeatable. Been using for a couple of months. Value for today’s inflated prices.

Broke after three months
I initially loved this coffee scale and had high hopes for it. When I first got it, it worked flawlessly, accurate, fast, and perfect for brewing my morning latte. However, after just a few months of use, things started to go downhill. The scale is now struggling to hold zero, which is frustrating when trying to measure out coffee grounds or express. Even worse, it sometimes starts counting backwards, which makes absolutely no sense and completely throws off my measurements.Iâve tried resetting it, fully recharging it, and ensuring itâs on a flat surface, but nothing seems to fix the issue. For a product designed for precision, this kind of malfunction is unacceptable.While it worked great at first, the decline in functionality over such a short period is a huge disappointment. I wouldnât recommend this scale unless youâre okay with it becoming unreliable after a few months. Itâs not worth the frustration.

Finally an espresso machine-sized scale that can weigh more than just espresso
I use this scale every single day and it’s never once given me an issue. If you place anything on it over about 50g (in my case, a 100g dosing cup), it turns on and tares automatically so I don’t even have to manually power it on.Once it’s on, you get .1g accuracy and it seems to be close enough. I haven’t measured or had to calibrate it so can’t speak much to it’s accuracy, but the 100g dosing cup always shows exactly 100g so that’s something.The size is perfect as well, which is what I really struggled finding a good size scale for a while. It fits on the drip tray of my tiny Breville Bambino and can weigh more than a couple hundred grams, so when I want to do aeropress or pourover I can still use this little scale.The touch buttons have not been an issue whatsoever and the audible feedback is perfect in place of a tactile button.I’ve only had to charge this thing one single time since I got it several months back. The timer function is a game changer as well since I was using my phone’s stopwatch before. The little silicone mat is great as well and fits a standard 13ish ounce mug fine (which I’ve also been using every day since I’ve switched to Aeropress).This is pretty much the perfect scale in my eyes. If you’re on the fence I say definitely go for it.

Mejoró mucho mi forma de hacer espresso por que usaba una báscula de cocina normal, que se equivocaba en rangos de 1 gramo (lo que para Espresso es mucho). Esta es precisa en rango de 0.1 gramo. Valió la pena la compra y es de buena calidad.
