Amazing little tens unit
So this little thing is lighter than air but delivers POWERFUL stim! We could barely go past 3-4 on intensity at first. 100% comparable to what we received with therapy. Highly recommended, just know how to use it.

Speeds up recovery
Bought this because I’ve been aching from over-work and home remedies made little to no effort when it came to muscle pain relief. This is a game changer. Still pretty skeptical about stuff like this since it tackles the source and there is the slight fear of nerve damage. Decided to pull the trigger when these were having a lightning sale and I’m so glad I did. Muscle fatigue goes away after a couple sessions so days off makes great recovery days. Gave 4 stars because there are too many modes and it’s really hard to pick which one would work best for what ever issue you currently want to tackle. The manual doesn’t really help either when all the descriptions basically say the same thing, just different wording. Pad placement was a bit confusing as well, but just went with my gut and I’m still functioning normally.

By Far Best TENS Unit with its Features
Stop comparing and buy this NURSAL 24-Mode TENS Muscle Stimulator Unit. It is simple to use and this is by far the best TENS unit on Amazon. [Over the years, I have purchased at least 9 different TENS units.]You can plug in 1 or 2 wires, it has six modes but each one has four additional options (which you can access by simply tapping round middle button).Best 3 Features:(1) IT HAS A LOCK to carry it around in pocket (or bra) or wherever which prevents it from accidentally turning off. None of the other ones I’ve used have had locks, or locks that actually worked. You just hold down center button till lock icon appears.(2) SCREEN LIGHTS UP which is especially useful if you use it at night in bed. (It’s far more convenient than using phone flashlight or turning on light in room.)(3) RETAINS LAST SETTING. I set timer for 60 minutes. When timer goes off, you must turn unit off then click back on to re-engage it. When you look at screen, your last setting is still on there; YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESET IT EACH TIME THE TIMER RUNS OUT. Smart feature!(The only con is attaching lanyard which I eventually got threaded with a 0.6 mm crochet hook. In the grand scheme of things, it’s a minor non-issue… though it is handy to put around your wrist to free up your hand when you have to walk around without pockets.)Very thankful unit ARRIVED FULLY CHARGED so I was able to use it immediately. Plus battery lasts a long time. Also, I like Velcro-thingie on wires for untangled storage. I’m extremely pleased with this Nursal unit! Just buy it.

Lots of variety – Great deal
The unit works very well, and the range of the tens is very impressive. You can set it from mild to intense, plus there are many pulses to choose from, like traditional massage, acupressure, and tai chi. The unit is very light weight. The screen is a little small, but once you get used to the sizes and learn how to navigate the features it is easy to use. The instruction booklet is small and may be hard to see for some. I was able to find a PDF of the exact instructions online with a quick Google search.It’s a great deal for the money, and so far, the battery is still fully charged after using twice a day for three days.

Weak power switch
The unit worked very well but the power switch broke after a few uses. Now the unit will not work. I wouldnât say beware but the switch should not be that fragile.
