Perfect bench for rows.
You can use this bench for many applications but I purchased this for dumbbell rows. The length is about 43 inches is why I purchased it. Most benches around this price range seem to be about 39 inches, the few extra inches help because I am tall. If you are unsure yourself, lay on the ground, plant your feet on the ground and have someone measure from top of head to the bottom of back. Most will be able to fit on this bench, on the 39 inch ones the top of my head almost is off of the bench due to height. I am mainly speaking about bench press here, laying all the way flat,etc. This is a cheap home bench, please do not expect a gym quality bench like others are. This is inexpensive and perfect. If you want a heavier/quality bench, please purchase something more expensive and stop leaving negative reviews on an item like this. Some people cannot afford expensive gym equipment and bad/incorrect reviews, a lot of time make people spend more, when they did not need to. Thanks!

After extensive looking at incline benches, I finally decided on this basic flatbench. The price was right, and the weight was right as well.What I wanted this for was to do bench rows as bent over rows scare me and have given me pain in my back before. I propped up the front on some boards and found suprisingly it didn’t slip. I weigh 200 pounds and I put 200 pounds on the bar and had no issues with the bench doing rows. It has also supported me benching 250 as well. It feels sturdy, the grip is strong on the feet, and it’s fairly comfortable. But the best part is you get all this for a very good price compared to the other benches here.

Despues de investigar todos los bancos estaba x decidir un multiposiciones pero leà reseñas donde mencionaban que esta incomodo para gente alta y otros mencionaban que al 3 er uso se fisuraba, por eso decidà comprar este banco pues aunque no es multiposicion se ve de mejor estructura y grosor, el precio me parece justo.A mà el banco me encantó, tiene un material bueno, se ve de calidad, el embalaje es muy practico pues viene en 3 piezas por armar muy fácilmente y trae consigo ya una llave junto con sus tornillos.Mà hermano en 15 mins ya lo habÃa armado, él me menciona qué quizá sin exceder peso es lo ideal pues es de una pieza como eje central que da el soporte.Ahora bien, yo soy novata y no llego a cargar ni 50 kgs, para alguien que carga poco o moderado peso creo es ideal, a mà me es perfecto y me gusta.Recomendación total.
