   Bike arrived in so many parts that it was impossible to assemble – so frustrating
   Marketed as 90% assembled and this is definitely NOT TRUE. Comes in 20 different parts all with separate instructions – pedals, cables, handles, screws. My husband was furious. I had to hire someone to put it together for us – that alone was hard to find. Now assembled it is a good sturdy bike…..but OMG why can they not send it 90% assembled as marketed.

   Great all-round recumbent.
   Great buy! Used by three different family members with the adjustable seat and pedalling tension. Verified that the apps work but get all I need fro onboard display. Smooth and quiet. I needed customer support and Leah was courteous, fast and courteous. Ranging in weight from 200 lb 6 ft downward it handles the load just fine. Easy to assemble and move, good looking.

   Worst bike ever!
   Do not buy from this company the bike has broken 3 times with just 25 minutes of use daily. Wires have fallen out from inside the wheel.. my husband has pulled them out twice & got the bike back up & running for me but today something felt weird & the pedals have no tension at all. I’ve reached out to the company through Amazon & directly with zero response. Over $400 for this thing should’ve lasted longer. I’m off to get a real bike tomorrow this is disgusting

   Made in USA?????
   This product displays distance and speed in KILOMETERS INSTEAD OF MILES BUT CLAIMS IT IS MADE IN THE USA??? It was rather easy to assemble, and accommodates my height of 6’1” and weight of 310 pounds. The fit and finish of the materials are very good. It is very quiet and smooth and I think it is a good value for the money. HOWEVER, IF it is made in the USA as it states in the literature and on the bicycle, WHY are distance and speed displayed in kilometers????? Something ain’t right!!! There is no way to switch from metric to USA measurements. Secondly, the display is LCD and is very dim and difficult to read while pedaling.

   Less Than 90 Percent
   I found it a little challenging to assemble it. It didn’t feel like 90% assembled. Just unpacking it took some work…once assembled, the pulse sensor didn’t work. I have to return it and buy a new one…. This bike for a senior would be challenging to assemble. UPS would leave the box outside the door… if you leave alone and have some physical challenges, you might check with the seller about delivering and assembling assistance. It’s a pretty bike but the cosmetic plastic features could break easily…I recommend you to buy large and heavy items directly from Amazon because the return process is faster.

   Hard to find replacement parts
   For a novice it could be hard to assemble. My problem is on of the belts broke after 4 months of use and finding a replacement belt is difficult most people would not be able to to perform the work necessary to replace the belt. I ride for an hour a day in a single session.

   Exercise in the comfort of your home
   I just received my recumbent exercise bike today and already set it up. Truly a game changer. Though we got this for Mom, I’ll be using it too. It is comfortable to sit in and easy to use. Mom sometimes has balance issues so I can have her sit on it and exercise at her own pace. She’s not really comfortable going to the gym so this works out great. It is a pretty sturdy piece of equipment so I’m not worried about it. Toppling over it can also handle up to 400 pounds. A little pricey, but worth it. Highly recommend.

   Product is well made and comfortable
   It’s a quality however there are two things that need to be improved. The seat adjustment is fine back and forth but it CAN NOT be raised or lowered..Next the handle bars are directly in line with t he viewing screen and it’s hard get any of the readings without stopping to check.
