Enjoyable Recovery Powder
It dissolves very easily in ice water in a shaker cup. It is definitely the least sweet vanilla protein powder I’ve ever had, which is a total PLUS for me. It smells fine and tastes good. The only thing I don’t like about it is the artificial flavors and maltodextrin. It does not upset my stomach and has positive effect on performance and recovery.

Great source of protein for the cost
I’ve tried the chocolate, fruit loops and now the Kelloggs frosted flakes. Out of the 3, the frosted flakes has the best taste. The fruit loops were ok, but when I put it in milk it clumped alot and the taste was a little weird. The frosted flakes however, mixed in perfectly. Overall, a good amount of protein for the cost, especially when it goes on sale!

I like that this protein powder packs 30g of protein per serving and has a smooth, creamy texture that mixes well with anything really. The taste and overall quality are great for the price. It doesnât upset my stomach, though Iâve seen some people mention nausea. Clumping hasnât been a big issue for me so thatâs good.

I am obsessed with this protein shake, the flavor , the texture. Perfect after your work out . I love Frosted Flakes cereal and this shake is very close to the flavor and has no sugar. Last longer that other shakes and the price is the best part.

My favorite protein powder, tastes super good!
This is my favorite protein powder! The triple chocolate one tastes amazing, and is good quality for the price. It fills you up right away and instantly helps with muscle pain. I usually mix half a scoop of it with milk in a regular size for a quick boost of protein. It will clump on top, but honestly I like it!ð It doesnât taste chalky much, and if it does, its only a tiny bit. This is my 2nd time of buying it and itâs definitely not the last! I hope you give it a try!ð

Be aware: Really high in cholesterol
I like so much about this.Solid taste, best price I’ve seen. Vitamin C, D, and Zinc added.Unfortunately, it has A LOT of cholesterol. As someone who needs 2 scoops a day on workout days, I can’t justify putting that much cholesterol in my body, especially when the next cheapest option on Amazon has 5% daily cholesterol value.Just wanted to bring attention to that in case there are others like me who overlook that part of the nutrition label.

EDIT: product used to be $18. now itâs $22, so the math I did down below isnât accuratei NEVER can find a good protein where the taste doesnât make me physically cringe and have my stomach doing somersaults. i would have a little more luck with chocolate flavors over vanilla but nonetheless it was always near to impossible to drink consistently. I never tried any crazy flavors cause I genuinely donât wanna break the bank over tiny tubs of protein. do I wanna pay $45 for 25 servings of ghost Cinnabon protein? if it wasnât 45$, yes I would bc maybe I could stomach it. I want to upp my protein but I canât bring myself to drink something that my stomach (and wallet) doesnât agree with ð¤£THEN i came along this product.Iâve known about 6 star nutrition for awhile, I believe they are a branch off of muscle tech, making a budget line to sell in Walmart grocery stores etc. but I have never needed to really try any of their products I already had my favorites. I was pretty discouraged about protein powders because I couldnât bear the taste of most of them. and any of the good flavors are way too much money per serving. UNTIL I CAME ACROSS THISTHIS product is only 18$ for 18 servings. If you bought TWO of these itâs only 36 bucks for 36 servings, ten dollars LESS than the average tub of protein ($45) with ten EXTRA servings! (usual amt of servings is 25 servings)THIS is what made me feel a little more comfortable about trying a new protein, even if it didnât agree with me its still pretty cheap so nothing to lose sleep over if I didnât like it. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE!!!THIS STUFF IS SOOOOOOO GOOOOOOD. MY STOMACH IS COMPLETELY FINE WITH THIS PROTEIN AND ITS TASTE. IT TASTE EXACTLY LIKE CEREAL MILK EVEN IF YOU USE WATER!!if you ran out of milk and you wanted cereal you could straight up mix this with some water and pour it into your cereal bowl. Thatâs how good it is 𤣠I tried it with milk the first time and it was really good but the next day I really wanted to see how it was with water. It was! MY SUGGESTION: 8-12 ounces MAX of water per scoop. anything more than 12 ounces of water would just make it taste really watered down and bland. I personally like drinking it with less liquid anywaythis might seem like nothing to some people but I donât remember the last time I could drink a protein shake 3 days in a row comfortably without physically cringing and feeling like crap. this is a game changing flavor for me and doesnât break the bank!!!!All in all I really enjoy this protein, it mixes well too but I also have a helimix shaker so im not sure if that affects it or it already mixes good. Iâve had this protein for 3-4 days and im so happy with it I started writing the review for it ð¤£
