Beep can be turned off!
Perfect! Yes the beep on the hour is annoying but read the other reviews, it can be turned off!

Found a fix for the random beeping!
These will randomly beep at all hours of the day when you first get them BUT I found how to fix it:By default, the stopwatch beeps once at the top of every hour. To fix this, first navigate to the clock mode by pressing the yellow “mode” button. Pressing the mode button will cycle between:stopwatch mode -> alarm adjustment mode (has blinking numbers) -> clock adjustment mode (has blinking numbers) -> clock mode (no blinking numbers)-> …Once you are in clock mode, hold down the blue “split/reset” button, which will reveal a horizontal line under SU MO TU WE TH FR SA. While holding down “split/reset”, press the “mode” button and watch the horizontal line disappear. Now your stopwatches will no longer drive you nuts in the middle of the night!Furthermore if you accidentally set an alarm (if you see a inverted wifi symbol at the top right) and want to undo it, go to clock mode and simultaneously press all three buttons of the stopwatch.

Adequate for 1 meet
Adequate. I needed stopwatches for a swim meet. These work and the buttons are big enough that people wonât have fingers slipping off and missing the touch at the end of the race. There was no barrier at the battery contact so the watches arrived âonâ. I think these will work fine for one meet but who knows how long the batteries will last? Somewhat lightweight feel. The price was cheap and I guess you get what you pay for.

Ok. My requirements at the time were to be at least 12 of them, have buttons that made clicks, displays that showed numbers, and get here overnight to shut up a co-worker who was going ballistic that we did not have enough watches and someone (well, her, actually) had not ordered backups or replacements.These were 12 (check), have buttons (check), clicked (check), display something (check), got here overnight (check). All boxes checked. Just what I needed. Now it is something like almost a year or so later, and those that have not been stolen still seem to work, be reliable and even display times that are clearly appropriate. Can’t imagine what could make them better. And at a great enough price that we are not even complaining too much about the occasional theft.

Great for gymnastics meets
We used these stop watches for timers at a gymnastics meet. They were great because they are really easy to use and we have a number of volunteers at different skill levels who were able to use them. They are accurate and make great timers. I also like that theyâre durable.

the instructions on the packet are tiny, you need a magnifying glass to read them, but they still dont explain everything, 1 of them had an alarm that would not stop..i want silence, how do we keep them silent ? what battery does it take ? how to see the battery ? come on its 2024 all products need to come with decent instructions by now
