Cheap functional jump ropes.
I think these will deteriorate quickly, so I reinforced the middle with electrical tape. Helps the rope swing a bit more evenly as well. Caps fly off pretty regularly.

Just a normal jump rope
These were great just to get the blood flowing. We use them for simple warm-ups. The quality is OK itâs plastic. The handles are not great for long-term use unless youâre wearing gloves. They function just like they should.
