I seriously thought these were just a fad for years now. When I started getting more aches & pains in my trapezius muscles – which then tightened up the back of my neck and caused a stress headache, it was time to give one of these a shot. A previous review was from a therapist (I believe) who said he bought his years ago, uses it every day in his practice and would still rate it 5-stars years later. Ok, good enough for me and without breaking the bank!! I’ve been using this several times a week now and it’s weird how about an hour after I use it my stress headache is gone. Thank you!! Yes, I’ll keep extolling the virtues of this little massager for as long as it lasts. Thus far, I’ve only used the little ball that’s shown in the pic but that’s all I’ve needed. For the measley price they’re asking, it’s a yes from me!!!Â

Good cheap little gun, but not as powerful as some out on the market
I bought this gun as they suggested it for a stronger pulse vs the other model they say is for older people but this model just is not strong enough for what I need. I kept it bc the price was good, and my husband can’t handle the penetration and this will work well for him. And it’s nice as a backup when my stronger one battery dies.I play soccer and I need very strong penetration on my legs, IT band, and piriformis muscles, this just tickled the muscles, if you’re looking for a strong heavy duty power output, i suggest paying more for a stronger gun. This gun is probably better suited for older individuals, younger children, or people who like a less intense massage.

ooooo this sporty little device is changing my life.so i’ve been holding onto huge stress and tension my *whole* life, and lo these 40 years have taken a toll. I’ve had many massage therapists tell me that they can’t even imagine how I walk around like this. I’m not trying to brag, trust that I am not proud of this – just saying that this product is great for the impenetrable wall that my back has become. if I could afford 20 hours of massage a week for a year, maybe it could change from massage.this device is the perfect supplement to yoga and massage for those of us with huge tension.It’s really great for doing some deep yoga stretches and just letting it pound on a spot that won’t budge. Most of the time with yoga and on your own it’s impossible to get the deep tissue pressure needed to penetrate those spots.until i got this little handheld gizmo, i didn’t even think it was possible.but now I’m hooked. I’m spending an hour each day doing stretches and using this device to pound out tension, and I can feel some big shifts happening in my body that haven’t shifted in years – after just a week of use. definitely helps to drink tons of water too to help flush out the stuff it’s moving out of these old muscles.spots can be sore after use. it’s good to be a little careful about not doing too much in one spot, moving around frequently so you don’t bruise yourself, and being pretty mindful to not put too much pressure in the wrong areas.I could imagine if someone isn’t used to their own body or how massage/muscles/yoga works to release tension, this could be a little dangerous in the wrong hands. It’s a powerful tool.i did have issues with the battery meter – it just displays 99% the whole time, and then cuts off whenever it wants. I’m starting to notice slow down issues. I haven’t reached out yet to the manufacturer but will do so soon and will update. but assuming that we can get the battery issues resolved, wow what a great tool for the price!

I bought this product because I frequently get restless leg syndrome. It’s easy to set up, and has a number of options to customise your experience, such as the kneading direction, intensity and whether or not to include heat. As well as a cord for mains power, it also has a car (cigarette lighter) cord so you could use it in the car while travelling as a passenger on trips. It’s so quiet, and shuts off after 15 minutes but you can re-start it if you need to. It made my legs feel really great and relaxed – I can’t wait to try it on my feet next!

After using this massager for a few weeks I find it a bit hard on my older bones, It works well and it is very quiet but would probably suit a younger person as It has a lot of power. It is also light weight and moves a lot, it could use a non slip base.
