Solid protein, no fillers, mixes well – love it
A solid isolate protein powder. I avoid sugar and all those flavors with artificial sweeteners….for me defeats the purpose of the work-out to put that in my system. This is unflavored…and true to the description. It imparts no taste I can discern, but I do mix it with after workout smoothies using fresh fruit. In my blender it mixes perfectly, but have not tried to just stir it into a drink. My only complaint is that the resealable bag doesn’t reseal very well. I store it in a cool dark cabinet, but still…work on that! 4.5 stars for the bag.

Great taste, mixes well, and just good protein.
I’ve tried multiple proteins from both big manufacturers (like ON) and small shops, and the Ascent whey protein (vanilla flavor) is my favorite by far. I haven’t had any issues with mixing it (using a shaker bottle), the taste is good (none of that artificial sweetener taste), it has great texture (not grainy), and overall – just really happy with this protein. Granted, it is a few dollars more expensive per pound than some other brands, but to me, if I’m putting it in my body everyday, then for the quality and taste, it’s definitely worth it. Highly recommend. Still yet to try the other flavors, but vanilla is solid.

This is one of the protein powder that tastes normal and actually good. I love that you can mix it with less liquid and how it is not too sweet and does not taste like fake sweeteners.

Love the mocha cold brew flavor
I’ve gone through a few different protein powders and the Ascent Mocha Cold Brew is my favorite. I mix it with milk and I really like the flavor! I also like that it’s a protein isolate, as I find that to be easier on my digestion. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that it has Stevia as a sweetener. I’d prefer plain old sugar. The Stevia has a bit of an after taste, but the Mocha Cold Brew flavor mostly over comes it. I will keep buying this and I’ve stopped looking for alternatives.

Best combination of simple ingredients and taste
Love this stuff and have been buying it for years. I do my best to watch what I put in my body and this protein helps me sleep easy at night. Protein is protein, I have gained twenty pounds since using it over the last couple of years but again, the simple list of ingredients (protein, cocoa, lecithin, stevia and salt) is what keeps me coming back

The best tasting whey protein out there!
Protein powder is not cheap. Found this brand in an article regarding the top 10 of 2024. I tried it and love it. I will say the peanut butter/chocolate is not my favorite, but this vanilla flavor is soooo good. I blend it with a little OJ, almond milk, spinach, banana and greek yogurt. It legit tastes like a pina colada. Just need some rum! Haha!
