Easy to swallow. Itâs a multivitamin that o take for health reasons. I have yet to have any issues with stomach upset and I do sleep well. No changes.I have no idea if this gives me better vision, better night vision, the ability to read minds, superhuman strength or speed, the power of flight, telepathy, telekinesis, Olympic level stamina, shiny hair, casting lightning bolts, ability to control animals, photosynthetic skin, water soluble eyes, hair smelling like burning tires, have yet to be experienced. Nor do I expect it.
