    Easy to adjust to height, handles are lightweight but sturdy, light speed rope for doubles and i love the handles are on ball bearings! great rope, I ordered 2

    great for skipping. definitely wouldn’t want to learn on this one. its very fast i can swing a triple no problem. good build quality. and its braided metal so if you skip rope bare foot (like me) watch those toes lol.

    Swings well and works as a really good rope before it gets chewed up by any rough surface.

    I recommend using a light oil to lubricate the bearings prior to use. Smooth and fast action after lubrication. Good quality and easy to adjust size. I like that I can wrap it up into a figure 8, secure it with a hair band, boot blouser or rubber band and carry it in my pocket.

    I think the ropes a little too heavy, and also doesn’t spin that smooth either. It’s not that the rope is bad or anything it’s just not the greatest. i’d prefer to use a nylon rope.
