Sturdy and easy to set up
This seems to be designed very well. It is lightweight but seems to be very sturdy and can hold the weight necessary. Very easy to set up just clips right in place.

  2. Jordan Scott

Sturdy, unlikely to cause damage, work great.
I got these because I wanted something that would take up less space then a regular door frame bar and was renter friendly. These are great they feel super secure, the adjustablity is really nice. Can also kind of change grip but and do hammer curl grip holding onto the plastic part instead of the provided handles.

    Best portable pull-up bar handles
These are easy to set up over the top of the door frame and are stable and solid. As to the durability of the straps connecting the handles, time will tell. For now, they are a good set to have for travel.

  4. Christopher Chang

Seems great, really easy to move and reposition
Love it, elegant and simple design, much easier to set up vs other alternatives and seems very stable. A little pricy though.

  5. Luke

    Easy to install
I have used a lot of different pullup bars but this one is definitely the best because it is easy to install and to remove and is stable. Other pull-ups shaky or move and this one is very stable.

    Work well, but expensive
This is one of those products that works really well but it is a little pricey.Setting up on doorframe- this is simple and rather intuitive, but just in case, there are instructions provided.Use – At first, there is a little trepidation as you grab the handle and hope it stays put and supports you, but soon enough you realize it does and you then have confidence to perform your exercisesComparison – I know there are other brands who make a similar looking product but I cannot compare to those as this is the only one I purchased. However, in comparison to other styles, for example, the pull-up bars that mount across the doorway using leverage to stay in place, the advantage of the Duonamic is that it doesn’t make marks on the doorframe and you can mount any width for variety of handgrip spacing. Another advantage is that it is very portable and easy to stuff in a typical-sized duffle bag or luggage and take on vacation without need for assembly/disassembly. This may be valuable to you.The handle is about as low as a bar so if your doorway is low, so too will you be hanging. On the downside of comparison is the cost. Most of the doorway bars are way less than half the cost so if the advantages I mentioned above don’t apply to you then perhaps you go a different route.Overall, it does what it says it will do – it’s just pricey.

Positioning takes a little practice but quick, easy, and effective
This isn’t a perfect replacement for the standard pullup bar because you have to get the spacing on your grip pretty accurate during setup. The plus side is that setup is only a couple seconds so repositioning isn’t terrible although it does make setup a bit longer than you might expect at first.Easy to setup and remove, works well once you get used to it although I still prefer bars in some cases.

Great for pullups but with limited utility
Overall, the quality is high on these pups. They connect easily without leaving any marks to the frame. You can also very easily widen or narrow the gap to suit your shoulder width. And you can store them easily in your travel bags. And while they work in my house, the two times I brought them to hotels, they were not a fit at all. The reality is that not all door frames are alike, and many are too thick or whack to accommodate. It’s too bad because I bought these precisely for travel.

One equipment to rule them all

I’ve had a couple well-reviewed pull-up bars over the past couple years and neither of them were nearly as good as this one. I’m so impressed with this “bar.” I was admittedly a little skeptical that the handles would hold my weight when I first clipped them to my doorframe (I’m 174 lbs, so not that heavy—I don’t know, maybe I have trust issues), but these suckers are SOLID. As a test, I did 3 sets of 10 chin-ups and didn’t hear a single creak from my doorframe. Felt just like pumping out chin-ups on a real gym bar. The best part? They don’t leave a scratch on your door. They lightly clip onto the doorframe as opposed to rubbing and damage that other pull-up bars do. Considering you can bring them just about anywhere, it’s a no brainer if you want to train on the road, on vacation, etc. Worth every penny!

I had some mild doubts at splurging on what could potentially be a flimsy plastic claw…glad to say I was wrong!Watched a few reviews online and made the leap and I’m now pleasantly surprised by the claw. It’s a sturdy plastic composite of some kind (feels well constructed) and the silicon-sheathed claws have a spring-like pressure that keep them grabbing onto your doorframe.I’m no expert in doorframes but so far there has been no sign of damage or of pulling the frame down (which would probably only happen if it’s a ‘fake’ frame that’s stuck above the doorway for the looks only.Very happy with it so far! Let’s see if I can travel with it…

These are the best door frame pull up handles in the world.Easy to use. Lightweight and very portable. They will.got any internal door frame.

  13. Hatsuto

They are very sturdy and portable. Only take a few seconds to insert and lock em both in place into any of my house’s door frames. I’m very impressed. Note that the maximum user weight is 250lb or 113kg.
