***EDIT*** WE WENT TO GET A REFUND, AND THEY WONT ALLOW IT. ONLY RETURN THE WHOLE THING OR TO GET REPLACEMENT PARTS. I was so hoping for this elliptical to be what we needed. After examining the parts and the instructions, nothing made sense. The parts only had R and L, but on the instructions, it gives numbers. So that took a while to figure out. The instructions are not clear at all! It has the worst pictures for illustrations, and the wording didn’t make sense with some of it. It shows on the very front cover that there’s a link for a youtube video to show how to put it together. After typing it in, it says the video was removed. After putting it together, it’s showing its vearing to the left side more than being in the middle. The tension doesn’t work at all, even with taking it all apart to diagnose the problem. The monitor only shows the heart rate… which means the time, speed, calories, and everything else doesn’t show anything. After all of this, there’s no instructions in the booklet for where, how often, and how much lube to use. What’s worse, is when trying to get the wires out of the main big metal part to hook up the electrical from the fan to the modem, we had to use a crochet hook and a set of tongs. There was no physical way on doing that without household objects. As you can see in the picture, its going towards the left side and not standing straight up. Save your money and go to a gym instead.

The workout quality, functionality, and durability of this equipment exceeded my expectations. It was easy to assemble and operate. I would suggest you have your on tools on hand just in case.

Screen doesn’t work at all. I’ve taken it apart to reconnect the wires and still not working.
