A very nice, complete device when used with reasonable expectations
I don’t know whether “FDA cleared” versus “approved” is significant, but there are numerous types of these devices available on the market. When any electronic device uses moisture to assist the connectivity to your body to function properly, this should be a serious element of your consideration. This item to appears to at least had some type of FDA scrutiny.Another consideration are units using disposable adhesive pads for body contact versus permanent pads that only need moistening for superior performance. Regardless, both entail moisture on skin or pad to be effective. I like this unit so that you can skip the constant supply item that inflates the cost of the unit over time. Thus, I preferred this unit’s permanent pads.More importantly these units ARE NOT going to give you “ripped abs” while you sit in your lounger eating cookies. Wish it were possible but…I use this as supplemental device for toning between workouts to help maintain core strength for a man in his late 60’s as this becomes more and more important for stability. Functionally, this unit fits nicely, with an extension included. It is simple to operate with clear instructions and easy controls. The removeable, rechargeable control unit that snaps to the stimulation belt fits easily and stayed on securely for me. The unit gives you flexibility both in programs and intensity. I’ve had EMS stimulation for my back by a physician and this unit feels remarkably similar. Right now, I am slowly increasing in intensity to a still comfortable level using it twice daily for 20 minutes/session as recommended.I’ll tell you in a few months whether this unit was worth the purchase, but I am certainly satisfied so far. I feel the effects both during/after use and feel that it is a reasonable complement to my diet/exercise routine. If you are realistic about this unit’s benefits, then you may find it useful and productive. If you’re expecting dramatic results without putting in reasonable work, you’re wasting your money and risking disappointment from unreasonable expectations.

Bought this Ab Stimulator for my husband and he has been using it for about two weeks now and he’s impressed. Itâs super easy to use and doesnât take much effort just strap it on and go about your day. I like that itâs FDA cleared, so it feels a bit more trustworthy. The different intensity levels are great depending on how sore or lazy he’s feeling ð. We can notice some toning already. Itâs not a magic fix, but itâs a solid addition to his routine when he canât hit the gym.
