This product was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Read the instructions carefully, since this makes adjusting the straps so much easier. The brace is well made and the quality is excellent, and its light weight and thinness makes it easy to wear under outer clothing. I ordered a medium, and while it fit, I realized that a large would have been a bit more suited. The seller sent me a size large, and it is perfect. I use the brace daily for the recommended time, and I can feel a genuine difference in my back comfort. For my needs and body type, this is the answer. The key here, I feel, is that the brace reactivates my muscle memory, and even with the brace off, I now stand more erect. Highly recommend.

First of all this product came nicely packaged which i appreciate. Now to the actual function of it, it does work very well with straightening out my posture. I got this because I have HORRIBLE posture always slouching my back looked like a C not even kidding. At work It got to the point where my back was starting to ache and crunch so bad and Iâm only 20 𥲠I got this to hopefully eliminate that, and let me say it did not disappoint. As seen in the photos my back is no longer slouched like a C and it keeps my shoulders back nicely. The different tightening straps help secure it in places thatâs perfect for you. I donât find myself slouching like I used to, in fact it makes slouching feel uncomfortable and Iâm not complaining about that haha.I do have to say, DEFINITELY wear this over an undershirt or something bc it will give you a little friction rash.

I got the pink one in medium. Iâm 5â7â 162 lbs. perfect size. Easy to put on, just watch the videos of some in the reviews on how to put it on. Very adjustable and comfortable. Good support for my back and shoulders and helps my posture especially when sitting at my desk.

Nice design, and well made – wasnât functional
The product itself appears to be well-made, sturdy, and thoughtfully designed. I decided to try it because Iâve been told by many people that I have a hunch, and I wanted to do something about it. However, when I compared my posture by taking side-by-side photos while relaxing in both positions, I didnât notice any significant improvement. It seems that improving my posture may require more intentional effort on my part, such as consciously adjusting it without relying solely on this device. Overall, it feels more like a girdle than a tool for true posture correction.

Just opened the package and put the brace on. After wearing it around the house a bit, I can tell this will really help my shoulders. Years ago I tore both a/c’s in my shoulders from bench lifting and have had winged shoulder blades since I was 16. I am 29 now and this brace feels like it will help correct the problem that persists due to not having surgery. If you have winged out shoulder blades I highly recommend. I also have a TLIF back fusion on the S5/L1 and again I believe this brace will help hold the correct posture my back and shoulders need. So happy I found this brace and for a very fair price!

I have never written a review so this means something! Long story short, a couple years ago I suffered 5 compression fractures in my spine and had to be in a full neck and back brace for almost 4 months. I deal with chronic back pain every day. I work at a hospital where I am constantly walking around on every floor. I would go home crying because of how much pain I was in at the end of the day. This Brace relieves so much pressure off my back. It actually made me cry how much this worked!! I would buy it again and again. You cannot see it under your clothes. it is comfortable and I no longer cry in pain after work. I truly recommend. FYI: Im 5 ft and 102 lbs.

For context I hurt my back in a car accident a few years back, compression fractures, and although itâs healed, I still get pain in my upper and lower back mostly due to work. I work in radiology and wear a lead apron for hours on end while scrubbed in to procedures. My shoulders feel rolled forward and it seemed like I was actually leaning forward when I walked due to the pain. My coworker purchased this first and she seemed to like it so I bought one too.Itâs pretty easy to put on. Sometimes I have to look for a strap though. It feels nice to have my shoulders pulled back and my back straightened The only thing I donât care for is when I tighten the shoulder straps the body part rides up and isnât around my lower abd anymore. All in all I like the support it gives my back and shoulders and would purchase it again.
