A fantastic addition to our fitness studio. We’ve wanted and needed a stepper for years, but it was important to find something affordable yet durable enough for commercial use. This stepper meets all those criteria! I held off on submitting a review until I had thoroughly tested it, and I’m completely satisfied. The price is a fraction of what other steppers cost, but it’s just as durable.

So far well worth the investment on it. Iâve used it almost daily since setting it up in my garage gym. Itâs really smooth and easy to use. I would say though, that tracking heart rate or actual steps on it is not very accurate but for me itâs not a deal breaker as I just really like the workout of the stair master in general. I donât really rely on the machines for accuracy.

Buyer Beware! This stair climber comes with absolutely no instructions on how to install it, how to assemble it, what screws to place where, and there are NO product videos showing how to put it together. Thatâs just part 1.Part 2 – the product is 400lbs so please be able to lift this amount. Thankfully I was strong enough to move it solo but I could see how this would be a pain for most people.Part 3 – There are no booklets or information on error codes (which the machine throws often). Thereâs no way to trouble shoot necessary repairs.Part 4 – AND THE MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL. ZERO customer service support. You cannot get ahold of anyone via phone, email, fax or carrier pigeon. I would give this -1 stars if possible.

Temper expectations
If you are looking for a good quality machine this is the stepper for you. If you want something that is precise to the point measuring you heart rate and calories burned go ahead and spend the extra $1000 to $1500. This machine gives me a true workout and when I’m done I can feel it. If you are looking for something to get the job done you will not be disappointed in this machine. As long as you understand you are not paying for the bells and whistles this will be great for you. I would purchase again and recommend this to anyone who asks.
