Cage arrived without any hardware !
SF-3 Power Cage was delivered without any hardware in either box. No bolts, nuts, or washers to assemble the cage were anywhere to be found ! The magnetic pins for the safety straps are also missing !There are also spots on the posts where the paint finish has been damaged from them rubbing together during shipping. If the hardware was in the box I’d probably rate it a 4, even with the paint damage, as the structural components seem well built. However I can’t put it together without the hardware.

Does its job but missing parts, bent pieces and scratched all to heck!
It certainly does its job but if you’re looking for a rack that has all the pieces, isn’t scratched all to heck and bent pieces this isn’t the one.I’ve reached out to the company 3 times by there support email and through their social media with no response.

    Great product!
Extremely high quality materials. I expected the rack to shake some before bolting it to the floor, but it is solid. I strongly recommend bolting it to the floor as it is shallow and large amounts of weight may cause it to flip. Cement screws are included. I believe that this product is a bargain at the current prize and would compare to the high end racks that are twice the cost . It fits very well in a small home gym and at 3×3 11 gauge steel with 5/8 holes you can find just about any attachment needed. The included J hooks are solid as well as the safety straps. The hole spacing is optimal and are laser cut numbered. Overall, its a great looking piece foe a small home gym. I purchased a dip and storage attachments from other companies and they fit perfectly

The missing bolt saga (lengthy review)
This is a lengthier review, but I feel it is a very fair assessment of my experience. If you want the abridged version, there is a TLDR at the bottom!Signature Fitness promises to offer quality parts at an affordable price…so they say. Truthfully, they are so close to living up to that promise, but they fall short in a few disheartening ways.I ordered a power cage for around $500 (including accessories). This price included shipping as well as plate holders, an extra set of safety straps (which I did not end up needing, oops), and stability arms. The power cage itself is heavy-duty 3″x3″ 11-gauge steel. This is the same material that other companies sell for 2-3x the price. In that sense, it’s a TREMENDOUS value buy. You CANNOT get this sizing for this price anywhere. This is a major win and selling point for this cage. So, what is the bad news? Bolts. Missing bolts. Twenty-eight (28) missing M16 x 110mm bolts to be exact. Oh, and no M12 x 110mm bolts either (4 required), which are used to secure the safety straps. No washers, no locking nuts, NADA! Absolutely no hardware included with the power cage itself (4 bolts did come with the extra safety straps I ordered). This means I could only stare at my power cage – I could not assemble it! I emailed the company, and received an automated message that said they were not checking their email for the next TWO WEEKS. Wow…OK…So, I start researching bolts. Maybe I could buy them myself and be done with it? Turns out they are far more expensive than I realized!! I finally worked out a price of around $100 on a different hardware store (which took a lot of research on my part). Then I thought I’d reach out to Amazon. They agreed to refund me for the bolts, *as long as I ordered through Amazon*. I (once again) carefully researched and found the correct bolts, locking nuts, and washers. These are NOT common sizes, so there were very few options (seriously…there is one seller that basically dominates this industry on Amazon). The final total was around $200 for all the missing hardware! Amazon did refund me for the hardware, and in the end, everything worked out for me.But here’s the thing: MANY other reviews mentioned the same thing! Some were missing the bolts, some were missing key structural pieces, and so on. This seems like a RECURRING THEME with this company. So where does that leave the review? The power cage is heavy-duty, and quite nice. I use it 3x per week for strength training, mainly squats and bench press. It is sturdy. It works great. The price is actually quite good. But clearly, not including the bolts caused a massive headache for me, and if it wasn’t for Amazon, I’d be out another $200 to even be able to use the product. Even so, around $700 for everything I received is still a very good deal. But UGH, it’s frustrating to be missing key components like that. I’d much rather they charged another $50-100 upfront and included everything rather than playing games like this (or just having poor quality control during shipping).Oh, and in case you are wondering: The company never responded to me AT ALL. Thank goodness Amazon made it right and helped me.Other minor annoyances:- The power cage definitely has dings, metal scratches, and paint issues here and there. Honestly, this is minor in my opinion. A small can of spray paint would likely fix this. I am too lazy to bother, as these are small blemishes. Again, these issues could be remedied with better packaging during shipping.- For whatever reason, half my order was delayed by 1 day because it went “missing” / was put on the wrong truck. This could be the fault of UPS, but who knows.I should also mention that I purchased a 370lb color bumper set from the company, and those weights are fantastic and were a tremendous value. But honestly, I am a bit surprised because the shipping cardboard was not much stronger than a pizza box with some thick straps around it. Again, I got lucky, but ordering anything from this company feels like a bit of a gamble. In sum, I have very mixed feelings about the company itself. Are they incompetent, or are they malicious? I’m not sure, but it certainly cannot be a coincidence that the same thing can happen to so many people. You should understand that you are gambling, but you might come out with a fantastic deal in the end. BUT if you end up missing a key piece of hardware, such as a steel beam or connecting piece, you will be completely at the mercy of Amazon’s customer service. If you do order this item, SAVE all the boxes because you might need to return it. Best case scenario is that you are just missing the hardware, in which case plan on spending another $100-$200 to get the right parts. Worst case scenario is that you are missing a key structural piece, and the only option will be to return the whole cage or plead with Amazon for some help and guidance. Do not expect the company to respond or be of any help whatsoever!TLDR: I actually love my power cage, and use it 3x per week. The cage itself gets a 5-star rating. But it shipped without any hardware to assemble it, which caused a massive headache for me. Amazon helped me and made it right, but the company itself gets a very poor rating as they have zero customer service. The company offers great prices, but you are gambling that you will receive what you paid for.

    Strong and Affordable
This is a strong 3×3 cage at an affordable price. I put in a lot of effort searching around to try and find a decent option for a cage but kept finding either overpriced cages or flimsy 2×2 cages. This cage is perfect for those trying to not spend a fortune but also want quality. We all have to start somewhere.Aside from the other reviews I guess I was the lucky one and received all the parts and hardware. Yes there were some minor scuffs on the paint but I didn’t care it’s a cage it’s meant to take the abuse. Not to mention this is 3 separate packages at like 150lbs total being delivered in the mail. It’s going to get beat up. The only thing I wish wasn’t scuffed was the bear logo so I could ya know show off the company as a thank you for providing affordable gym equipment.I’d like to see this company succeed so a tip to SF is get that packaging upgraded even if you have to raise the price to offset the cost of packaging material.

    Parts Missing
The rack is good quality and heavy duty, but it is missing the four metal brackets that attach the safety straps to the frame. It also came with a full extra set of nuts and bolts. The packaging quality control isn’t doing good tracking what they put in the box.Besides returning the whole thing (hundreds of pounds) my only choice is to pay for another set of safety straps.

    Missing hardware package
We were excited to receive this item, but it arrived without any of the assembly hardware. There was no phone number for the manufacturer. We have emailed them twice, but have not received any reply.
