This machine is GYM-QUALITY!
Former D1 athlete and runner for 50 years. I have used all sorts of machines and gadgets. Few get a 5 star. This one does. The # of steps are accurate, machine easy to use and most importantly-the rise of the steps work for me! I am 5.3 and most other stepping machines have too high of rise in the steps. I think it would work for anyone as you can skip steps if you want-I do when I want a “short burn” like lunging. It is compact and HEAVY. Will not move. I use it 3 X’s a week as running is out of the picture for a while…..This machine kicks my behind. I have noticed increased muscle mass in my thighs and trimming over all. This is what I do: I do about 100 steps on level 5 and then, to get the “sting” out of my thighs, I walk for about 5 minutes, then return. Do progressively less steps each rep. The overall work out is about 30 minutes. If you buy, do NOT get discouraged if you can only do like 50 steps at a time (this thing works you!). It is a good and fast work out and saved me from going down the slippery slope of giving up. The pulse meter isn’t very accurate, but I find this function not useful anyway. (You KNOW if you are working hard and wear a high-tech watch if you want). I just like the stair stepping count and it is spot-on. I highly recommend!

Do not buy
I do not like to write negative reviews, but I want to warn people. I hope no one else has this experience. Out of the box it did not work. I tried several times to contact Fitvids, with no success. I hired a company to help investigate, they couldn’t get any response from Fitvids. I raised it with my credit card company who are now investigating, but have thus far not been able to contact Fitvids. Amazon has been great. Please think twice about purchasing this machine manufactured by Fitvids.

Awesome addition to home gym!
Its awesome and a great price! The perfect addition i needed for my garage gym! The heart rate monitor handles work but are severely off. It will read 75 for me and im actually at 175. So dont rely on that. And also the calorie count is way wrong. Aside from that its a (very) heavy, yet sturdy machine and is built really well. Plan on getting 2-3 dudes to help you move it. Easy to put together the handles and monitor. Get it!!!

Sturdy/good price stair master-HEAVY
Just received today:Things I like:1. This fits 8ft ceilings and I am 5â2 and can clear on the top step. That was one of the main reasons I chose this particular stair master.2. Sturdy machine. Itâs HEAVY and sturdy.3. Price. Most are over $2,500 and with taxes I believe this came to $1,600.4. The shipment was a little bit but the shipping date was accurate. It took 14 days as I ordered it on 3/31/25.5. There arenât many pieces and putting it together was easy says my husband lol Only have to put on the rails, foot steps and the control panel.6. The cord to plug it in isnât very long so we used an extension cord. No big deal though.7. Easy on/off switch in the front bottom part.Things I donât like:1. Itâs HEAVY and awkward to get in your house. My husband and father in law brought it in and wound up using straps to pull it up our front 5 stairs in our entrance way. Not too sure how others are getting this upstairs but thatâs the way they did it. The machine is I believe around 400lbs.2.

Love this product! Itâs super quiet and reliable. Iâve been using it nearly every day for 8 months and it runs perfectly. Itâs not fancy or âsmart,â but it gets the job done for great cardio workouts.

Good machine hard to navigate contacting seller
I love it besides the heart rate sensor was damaged and it always reads 72 Iâve tried to contact seller and maybe itâs me but I canât figure it out it just says request refund or replacement. And Iâd just appreciate a new sensor

Gets the job done! Fits perfectly in my garage. The build quality is phenomenal. Definitely a great Investment if you can afford to get it. Youâll get a lot of value for your money! Also itâs not too huge! However it is almost 500 lbs

DO NOT BUY FOR YOUR HOME.
DO NOT BUY THIS FOR YOUR HOUSE. It will NOT fit through doors. The movers pushed it through and tore up the door and both sides of the stairmaster and it did not make it to its final resting place. I should have returned it as soon as I saw it in the driveway.
