Great home rack for the price!
Hey, if you’re a serious power lifter looking for sturdy, pro quality equipment definitely move on. This rack is not for you. But if you’re looking for a decent home rack that gets the job done with moderate weights and at a reasonable price, this is a great deal! I paid $200, and also purchased the FLYBIRD Adjustable Multi-Purpose Foldable Incline Bench ($140). I ended up buying a 300-lb weight set (that included a 7-ft, 50-lb barbell) at Dicks for $300. So, for $640 I have a complete setup.** This review should be read with knowledge that I am a small, 54 y/o guy (5’8″, 150 lb) and don’t load the rack up with tons of weight** The most I’ve loaded up the rack with is ~200 lbs. I’m lifting mostly to maintain muscle mass (and hopefully gain a little if possible).I (and my kids) have been using the setup now for ~2 months and all I can is that I am extremely pleased with the rack. Because I don’t use heavy weights, I have also not tested the spotter arms with heavy weights. I’m not sure I would trust the arms with heavy weights. No way in hell would I trust them with the stated capacity of 900 lbs!!! Even though I don’t use heavy weights, I’m considering adding custom-made vertical 2-in square steel support arms near the ends of the spotter arms for additional support. This would give me more peace of mind that they will definitely not give. But then I’d have to keep the spotter arms at the same height at all times, which is OK for my needs. The overall construction is a little flimsy. Again, we’re not talking pro, gym-quality construction here. For example, you don’t want to be dropping or otherwise crashing your bar into any part of this rack. Also, the top of the rack where the pull up bar is shakes a bit during use. While this bothered me at first, after a couple of months of use I’m neither bothered by it anymore nor concerned that the shaking compromises safety. But again, I’m not using heavy weights. I don’t think I would feel safe using this rack with hundreds of pounds. But at the lighter weights I’m using (<200 lbs) I feel safe.Overall, as someone who is just trying to maintain my strength and muscle mass using lighter weights, this rack serves my needs perfectly. If I were younger and serious about lifting and gaining mass, I would definitely spend significantly more money on a serious pro-quality rack, or just join a gym.

Fits Perfectly in Our Basement – Solid Construction, Good Price
I assembled this rack tonight and have not yet used it for a workout, but I have total confidence it will work well. My only criticism is that the vertical columns, which interlock and are held in place by bolts, are at about middle height so there are no holes for the racks in this area. This potentially could impact someone’s ability to do bench presses. So, I was initially concerned that this would put the racks for bench too low, but I tried it out with a barbell, and it is fine for me – though it is about two inches lower than I am used to. Maybe its even better at this height.Assembly was not too difficult. The small parts come sealed in a well organized plastic container with a small wrench and two Allen wrenches provided. The instructions are adequate to get the job done.. Probably the best feature of the rack is that its width is adjustable. I had to deal with joists, ducts, pipes, and a light bulb in my basement, but I set the rack on #4 to avoid them. The manufacturer recommends setting the width at #5 or #6 for an olympic bar, but that seems too wide to me. Anyway, the #4 setting was a perfect fit, and if I put my head between the joists, I can even do pull ups now. The spotter arms are very solid, and the main reason I bought this rack. With the side weight holders loaded with 45’s the rack is very steady. The landmine is a nice feature that I am looking forward to using.

Squat Rack
Very easy to set up! The squat rack fits perfect in my home! Very sturdy and looks great, it also matches my bench that I brought a while ago. Canât wait to start bench pressing and deadlifting!

Definitely an excellent product
I’m 6’6, 200lbs. I can bench with this and do pull-ups with no issues so far. The landmine attachment is something I didn’t know I wanted until I got it. Everything was in the box as expected and it went together in under 20 minutes with my power tools easily. The fact that you can adjust the width is cool because it can fit in a narrow space if need be. It’s not the highest quality steel be let’s be honest, most people looking for a rack in this price range shouldn’t expect to put 1,000 lbs on it and are likely not lifting anywhere near that so this is more than enough for the average consumer. I feel safe using this rack and if it’s assembled correctly it’s sturdy. Especially once the weight is on it.

Good price, decent quality
So far it’s working great for me. I do wish the pull up bar could be a bit higher. I’m 70 inches tall so there’s your comparison. Other than that. This is the 2nd Flybird product I have purchased. The first was a workout bench which kinda moves a little bit when compared to a solid bench, so just like that, the rack is sturdy and is well made but not as sturdy. I had to tighten the screws a bit more to solve this issue. So far it’s okay.

Solid
The rack is solid. It was easy to put together. Itâs been a great addition to our home gym. We spent a lot of time looking at reviews and decided on this one. We are happy with our decision to purchase.

Exceeded expectations. Great stand!
Bought this for my husband for his birthday. He wanted to order Rogue and I did research. So glad I ordered this instead. It’s a fraction of the price and really good quality. Very pleased with this purchase.

Functional, cheap, and effective
The build quality on this is pretty good and feels sturdy. The ability to adjust it’s width is also a great plus if you’re dealing with a smaller space. Can’t really get better than this for the price point and I imagine it will do me good for a long time. The included j hooks and spotter arms work great as well.
